Thank you. I have watched so many of Andy's vids, and learned some of his insanely long solo lessons, and it became apparent so quickly that he is an upward pick slanter based on how he writes his solos. I wish he just knew the lingo and what was going on! Amazing player still

Its because your an upward pick slanted instead of a downward pick slanter. Thats why switching strings after a down stroke is easier for you.
