I am currently trying to 100% all of the resident evil games from RE0-RE8 (including revelations etc) and I happened to stumble across this video and I just wanted to say how well structured this guide is and it is much appreciated when there are no cuts and no "catches". Literally just straight to the point and shows everything you need to know down to the last minute details including what weapons to use on what enemies etc. I have subscribed to your channel and im going to be watching your videos for the rest of my achievement hunting journey on these relics of games. That's awesome. I had surgery on my foot 4 weeks ago, and it's been raining non stop where I live for the same amount of time. So I've been playing all the resident evils, including the remakes. It's alot more fun than I expected, but goddamn, control style switches between games have been the death of me. Literally. That and the exasperating mechanics is RE5, and the awful story, er ness, of RE6, were pretty grueling.
Nice run-through, clear and comprehensive. I generally prefer to play through than use a guide, but for things like leech hunter, I'll look up this channel again 👌🏼

FYI, I thought my game was bugged because I followed this to a tee 3 times without an achievement then found (just before I deleted the game for good) that you have to stick around in the same room until the leech men explode for the kills to count.

Incredible guide. Used your RE8 guides, was happy to see you had made guides for other RE games as well. Easiest methods by far here. I screwed up pretty bad a couple times and still had plenty of ammo and plenty of healing items using this method.

For anyone wondering why the fire key isn't in the same position as in the video, it also can be at the train wreck, when you go into the sewers and through the door at the end of hallway. Just a heads up tho, there are 5 hunters in the room with the wreck, which will attack immediatly once you open the door

Your video helped me a lot. I did run out of ammo shortly after the enemies responded. I'm glad I didn't follow your video right to the end . I wouldn't have any ammo to kill those zombies in the hallway with the blue ones left to pick up. I don't really care about the achievements anyway. I'm happy I got all of the unlockables.

Tips & Tricks: - You can shoot enemies that are far away and on the ground by "slide shooting", a technique where you literally "slide" your aim halfway down and shoot before the animation completes. So, hold "Ready" button, press down and before Billy/Rebecca fully pulls their gun down, press "Action". - Hunters have i-frames ("invincibility frames" meaning moments where they can't take damage) when they're getting up but not when they're on the floor. Use this fact to secure the kill on fallen Hunters! This also applies to Eliminators I think but I'm not 100% sure. Also, zombies _don't_ have i-frames when they're getting up or falling down so go for broke when shooting them. - When picking up Herbs or other combinable items, pressing "Use" will give you the option to combine with other Herbs in your inventory even if your inventory is full. An example: Rebecca has a full inventory with one Red Herb in it and wants to pick up the Green and Blue Herbs on the floor to create an RGB Herb mixture. All you need to do is go to the Herbs, interact with them, press "Use", select "Combine" (don't select "Use" again at this step, if you do this you'll consume the Herb) and then you can combine the Herbs without having to Leave anything on the floor first. - You can switch characters and modify their behaviour in the Status Screen. This will save you time.
My submachine gun ammo ran out in the second to last hall. lol. No worries, though. Got four trophies when I left the building and that sweet infinite ammo for every weapon. Thanks for the easy to follow guide!

Not to mention the load screen from room to room on the switch can be a chore when re- searching or back tracking. Great video - and quite entertaining. @@Optinooby Certainly! The scavenger hunt concept is unique enough, but it is a little hard to spot some of them. It also didn't help I did like five laps around the facility, but I figured I'd invested too much time not to be thorough. That infinite magnum saved me through my S rank run and I finally have all the achievements in the game!
i didn’t realize i was doing this on hard mode. i ended up using all the ammo and health and had to kill the last 3 zombies with the combat knife 😅 excellent guide and hilarious commentary ❤
Amazing guide, any new viewers for this MAKE SURE your enemies are dead, I followed this exactly and somehow missed maybe 1 zombie and didn't get that trophy. I did get the A Rank so he'll yeah, I highly recommend this because despite my screw up it has everything I needed. Now I gotta go do it again and double tap 😅
My man! We did it! First try, A rank, almost died 3 times = my heart almost exploded when the very last zombie grabbed and put me into DANGER state, uff :D :D But you should mention at start, there is no save, only pause for next run, reserve at least 3-7 hours, you cannot quit. Now heading for third run...

I wouldn't call it easy by any strech but your guide was very well planned out. Especially with the order of collecting the leeches. Still brown trousers time when you go up against them monkey's or hunters though. I couldn't of done it without your help thanks
Thank you so much for this guide. First time I play, I literally just pick up leeches and kill along the way as I go. Of course, that was a bad idea to start with. All items are randomized because in my playthrough, I didn’t get the machine gun, however, I got the magnum gun instead, but all the monsters are in the same place. With this, I know what to expect in each rooms and unseen corner and was prepared.

Just need do the 50 leeches with one character then Wesker mode without saving for the last few achievements and I'll be done :)

Extremely good Walkthrough. It was perfect and you made it really easy to complete even though the colours of my leachers where inverted (I didn't check beforehand lol), I collected blue instead of green (and vice versa) and just used Rebecca at the end with the submachine gun instead of Billy and it worked just as well XD. I'm sooooooooo happy. Thank You :D
be aware to get distracted from the hunt is glitched AF on xbox series x. Took me 3 tries(and I followed the vid to the T each time), what helped is do NOT LEAVE any room before you kill all enemies in the room, especially the one with explosive legs(mimic zombies). Its better to die in the room than to get to the 1h 30 min run not to get achievement. Do not use loading door screen as an evading tactics it will mess up the dead zombie count. Once you enter the room kill everything in it and then leave. Good luck to anyone going for this its real pain in the hole.
This is a really good guild if you just want the to get the A rank and the all kills achievement. Also side note for people that might be struggling with rng you can follow along with the video with a 2 green herb and green leech layout just the difference comes when picking up leeches the 10 blue you may want to leave are 4 in the west hall near the conference room, the 2 in the conference room, 2 in the main lobby, and 2 in the crow's room. picking everything else will get you the same total and the same room to do the last wave of enemies just the only other difference (outside of colors for leeches being the opposite color) will be 1 green leech that found in the room with the fire key will instead spawn in the smg room.
One thing I did on my easy mode run of leech hunter was interact with each leech after finishing each room but wait til all rooms/enemies were cleared out to pick them up. By doing that, it let's them show on map so you will know where any are if you are unsure.
The commentary makes the guide great. I had to take a minute recuperate before resuming my playthrough because I was laughing too hard at the butthole jokes when you were stabbing the zombies.
This,along with your oddworld run means IL be checking if you have a guide first. I had this in my saved videos from ages ago, noticed it was yours after oddworld so I knew it would be good and it was 🔥

Having never played Leech Hunter before, I was a bit skeptical at first if this was going to be an efficient guide. When you finally ran out of smg ammo and had to use the handgun again, you emptied half the clip on a zombie, and upon entering the very next room, you had the ammo you dropped earlier right there waiting for you. That's when I knew this was well thought out. It was fun watching it all come together at the end. Thanks for the guide!
Opti! Guy! I had a messed up run of this mate! I didn’t check the leech color in the beginning and I essentially had to do the opposite leech collecting, which didn’t work out as some leech locations are different (like you said in the video) and I had to then run with Rebecca in the end with the machine gun and clear up the 23 enemies. I also killed the last zombie was my last bullet (I forgot to bring handgun bullets with) which made the trophy popping more sweeter lol At the end of the day, I just had to clean up in a different way, but followed the rest of the guide to the tee and, mate, as usual, your guides are frigging ON POINT! Commentary as well, lots of needed context given, much appreciated. I’m on to the second Leech Hunter playthrough now 👍🏽
Okay, gave it a third try, making sure it's the same map.... a bit unlucky with ammo at times, but still enough to made it. So yeah, that is an absoulte fantastic guide. Thank you so so much ^^
For the leech guys I just wait til the legs plump up and then I exit through a door. That way I guarantee not to take damage and then I go back through. They have to start plumping up a bit or they'll still be there when you return.

All you need to do is go to the Herbs, interact with them, press "Use", select "Combine" (don't select "Use" again at this step, if you do this you'll consume the Herb) and then you can combine the Herbs without having to Leave anything on the floor first.
- You can switch characters and modify their behaviour in the Status Screen. This will save you time.

Hey man, thanks a lot for this. Being in my 30's, I don't have time to give to the trial and error or the numerous restarts that you endured. Not to mention the load screen from room to room on the switch can be a chore when re- searching or back tracking. Great video - and quite entertaining. @@Optinooby Certainly! The scavenger hunt concept is unique enough, but it is a little hard to spot some of them. It also didn't help I did like five laps around the facility, but I figured I'd invested too much time not to be thorough. That infinite magnum saved me through my S rank run and I finally have all the achievements in the game!
i didn’t realize i was doing this on hard mode. i ended up using all the ammo and health and had to kill the last 3 zombies with the combat knife 😅 excellent guide and hilarious commentary ❤

Amazing guide, any new viewers for this MAKE SURE your enemies are dead, I followed this exactly and somehow missed maybe 1 zombie and didn't get that trophy. I did get the A Rank so he'll yeah, I highly recommend this because despite my screw up it has everything I needed. Now I gotta go do it again and double tap 😅

My man! We did it! First try, A rank, almost died 3 times = my heart almost exploded when the very last zombie grabbed and put me into DANGER state, uff :D :D
But you should mention at start, there is no save, only pause for next run, reserve at least 3-7 hours, you cannot quit. Now heading for third run...

I used your guide for RE3R. Going to have to use this as well - can’t remember all the exact locations from when I played it on GameCube!

I wouldn't call it easy by any strech but your guide was very well planned out. Especially with the order of collecting the leeches. Still brown trousers time when you go up against them monkey's or hunters though. I couldn't of done it without your help thanks
Thank you so much for this guide. First time I play, I literally just pick up leeches and kill along the way as I go. Of course, that was a bad idea to start with. All items are randomized because in my playthrough, I didn’t get the machine gun, however, I got the magnum gun instead, but all the monsters are in the same place. With this, I know what to expect in each rooms and unseen corner and was prepared.

Extremely good Walkthrough. It was perfect and you made it really easy to complete even though the colours of my leachers where inverted (I didn't check beforehand lol), I collected blue instead of green (and vice versa) and just used Rebecca at the end with the submachine gun instead of Billy and it worked just as well XD. I'm sooooooooo happy. Thank You :D

be aware to get distracted from the hunt is glitched AF on xbox series x. Took me 3 tries(and I followed the vid to the T each time), what helped is do NOT LEAVE any room before you kill all enemies in the room, especially the one with explosive legs(mimic zombies). Its better to die in the room than to get to the 1h 30 min run not to get achievement. Do not use loading door screen as an evading tactics it will mess up the dead zombie count. Once you enter the room kill everything in it and then leave. Good luck to anyone going for this its real pain in the hole.

Finally it shows the 2 greens after soo many load back in until it shows after 7 or 8 try’s
This is a really good guild if you just want the to get the A rank and the all kills achievement.
Also side note for people that might be struggling with rng you can follow along with the video with a 2 green herb and green leech layout just the difference comes when picking up leeches the 10 blue you may want to leave are 4 in the west hall near the conference room, the 2 in the conference room, 2 in the main lobby, and 2 in the crow's room.
picking everything else will get you the same total and the same room to do the last wave of enemies just the only other difference (outside of colors for leeches being the opposite color) will be 1 green leech that found in the room with the fire key will instead spawn in the smg room.

One thing I did on my easy mode run of leech hunter was interact with each leech after finishing each room but wait til all rooms/enemies were cleared out to pick them up. By doing that, it let's them show on map so you will know where any are if you are unsure.

Having never played Leech Hunter before, I was a bit skeptical at first if this was going to be an efficient guide.
When you finally ran out of smg ammo and had to use the handgun again, you emptied half the clip on a zombie, and upon entering the very next room, you had the ammo you dropped earlier right there waiting for you. That's when I knew this was well thought out.
It was fun watching it all come together at the end. Thanks for the guide!

Opti! Guy! I had a messed up run of this mate! I didn’t check the leech color in the beginning and I essentially had to do the opposite leech collecting, which didn’t work out as some leech locations are different (like you said in the video) and I had to then run with Rebecca in the end with the machine gun and clear up the 23 enemies. I also killed the last zombie was my last bullet (I forgot to bring handgun bullets with) which made the trophy popping more sweeter lol
At the end of the day, I just had to clean up in a different way, but followed the rest of the guide to the tee and, mate, as usual, your guides are frigging ON POINT! Commentary as well, lots of needed context given, much appreciated.

Okay, gave it a third try, making sure it's the same map.... a bit unlucky with ammo at times, but still enough to made it. So yeah, that is an absoulte fantastic guide. Thank you so so much ^^
For the leech guys I just wait til the legs plump up and then I exit through a door. That way I guarantee not to take damage and then I go back through. They have to start plumping up a bit or they'll still be there when you return.
