Crickey looked so pleased that she took that stick from Biscuit! Baxter was very handsome. And Biscuit was a fast learner right from the beginning.

There is no family member like a Sheltie! They are such wonderful “doganalaties” that once you’ve had a Sheltie, there is no other dog for you.

When I was blessed to have a dog, they were able to sleep in the bed 🛏️. In fact, they had their own pillow and a teddy 🧸. I still have the bear. Even when I dog and cat sat my nieces and nephews - my sister's fur babies, they slept in beds with her and me. Some people just don't understand. But we do! If I am Blessed again to have another fur baby, they will be in the big bed,too.

Cute, but a Lab puppy stuck his nose in a bag, crawled into the bag and suffocated as he tried to get out of it (not cute). I think it happened when he (or she?) was home alone and someone left the empty bag somewhere or the wee pup got into the trashcan. My grown-up BC, Little Bo Peep, stuck her head inside a lg. Iams dog food bag, but was able to crawl backwards out of the stiffer bag.She lived to be 13.11 yrs.
I know someone whose Sheltie unfortunately did suffocate and die with her head in a chip bag. Don't encourage it and keep bags out of reach

I have a sheltie Mac and they are all so like each other. Feisty sometimes mischievous and don’t necessarily like grooming. I love him he is a sweetie. I love these videos they’re sweet and feisty. 🐶🥰🐶😷

Yeah the lipstick thing is cute got it from Home Depot. I have two huskies so I know what brushing and a lot of hair is and my one husky girl she sleeps with me my other one likes to sleep in my closet. I love watching your dogs these episodes they’re so cute and hilarious😂

The Ruffles bag reminds me of a year ago I found my sheltie pup with a Milkbone box stuck on his head. The closing flap had stuck on his collar and wouldn't come off. I truly think he was embarrassed he got stuck.
We cut out bags now so they don’t suffocate by accident! Less of an issue with a box though

So cute. I love the little puppy playing hide and seek. That really cracked me up. I have had 4 shelties the first one was named Kricket and her daughter jillie bean. They lived 15+ years each and now I have a 7 year old and a new 9-1/2 week old puppy. Penny Lane and Polythene Pam. Also a border collie lab mix named Daizy. Dogs are the best. This is coming from what was a cat person most of my life. I knew once I got Kricket I will always be a dog person. I really enjoyed this video and have subscribed. Will be watching more. 💝💞😍
Teaching Biscuit hide and go seek at such a young age was pretty awesome
Difficult training with my two other jealous girls in a small house. After seeing what you can teach at such a young age has inspired me though. My Kricket I got in 95 and I worked with her. I was much younger with a lot less health issues. She was awesome. Your beautiful tribute videos of Schaffer and Baxter had me in tears. 💔😭 I think I must of watched most of your videos in the last 2 days. Lipstick and curse words at least 6 times 🤣
All dogs deserve love but once you have a Sheltie it’s hard to have other dogs. A Sheltie was my first dog as a kid.🥰🥰🥰 I used to have my Sheltie sleep next to me under the covers, head on pillow. She did not like it.

Biscuit is 11 weeks old now? If so, didn't realize Biscuit is the same age of my Sheltie.
My last one I got at 11 weeks old and all she did as far as biting was go after our toes and toilet tissue LOL
The little monster I have now goes after all of us and everything in site!
I take it you didn't/don't have a problem with Biscuit biting? If so, it sure doesn't show 😁🐶
By the way, if I let Joy sleep with us, we wouldn't have a bed left LOL
No Biscuit is 11 weeks old in that picture but 6 months old now. :). And her biting is pretty good... she did go though a "pick up everything" stage and is still there to some extent... headphones... remotes.... :)

My Border Collies could get in trouble too, especially when they were puppies. Of course, they were herding dogs too. My Tess Siobhan took the end of the toilet roll and ran downstairs and through the kitchen as she wound it around the legs of the chairs there. She finally ran out of it and was wound out herself and fell asleep, feet sticking out behind her like a frog. Tess was 6 weeks old then.
Biscuit did something similar with a paper towel roll 🥰🐶😆

My kids would give our Sheltie a paper cup with a Reeces Pieces candy in the bottom of it.
The candy was just out of reach from his tongue. He would try for the longest time to lick out the candy from the cup. We would finally have to take the cup away so that he could breath.
Shelties can be very focused when it comes to FOOD!

Love Shelties. My mom had one until she passed then I took her until she passed, loved that dog!!! I also have a Pomeranian and she would take his leash, try to herd him around and once he was stuck in a vine with thorns and she was actually helping me pull them out of the ground! They love to talk to you!!

I have two shelties. Brothers that just turned a year old and yes, they sleep with me every night. One against me and the other who shares my pillow. I have to move some to make room for his head too. He puts his face almost against mine, close enough for me to reach and kiss his face. I call them my two big bed bugs.

P.S. What's wrong with Baxter's eyes? His left eye is always red, whereas, the right appears clear/normal (not red).
his left eye always reflected light differently than the other. He always got the demon dog look in that one eye. But it worked just fine

My brother taught me something when my nephew was a toddler. Put the tp roll on backward. They can roll it and roll it and roll it, but it doesn't u roll. Maybe it would work for dogs, too?

At what age do you started washing your Sheltie?
Biscuit had her first bath at 8 weeks. Just remember to use dog shampoo not human shampoo as human shampoo takes the oils out that they need.
