    There has to be some sort of correlation between crafters and not liking alcohol because I'm the same and so are most of my crafty friends/ small business owners!

    Regarding the loud sewing machine, do you oil it regularly? My machine needs oiling regularly and it helps massively with the noise. Where exactly the oil goes should be described in the machine's manual. My machine manual also spells out the maintenance interval. For my machine it depends on "sewing hours"...
    Edit: corrected a typo

      @TaylahRose  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! I’ll have to double check the manual but when I purchased it I was told to top it up in the reserve part when it tells me to (will have a flashing button) perhaps I’ll make sure it’s full and give it a try as I havnt filled it up completely for awhile! 💓😄

      @@TaylahRose Ah, the machine has a sensor, good! Mine does not and also needs a drop of oil in three specific spots. I have a syringe with machine oil for that.
      Before I oil the machine I also very thoroughly clean it to remove any dust etc. I can expose parts of the machinery etc to do that. I guess the cleaning also helps with the noise.

    It’s actually a shade darker. Lighter will stand out. But to each his own or her own in this case.

    Those are the bobbin holders I mentioned before. They are great. If you get a thread holder for the wall that has pegs on it they will fit

  • @dmariebella6309
    @dmariebella6309 ปีที่แล้ว

    Purchase Gutermann Mara or Rasant thread so it's a lot more affordable for you. The thread from spotlight can get very expensive and you don't get much for the price.

    Hi, you do a good job. I have been making scunchies way before you were born. Suggestion it would be alot easier to get a longer ruler. Enjoy.

    Hi, im very new and haven't bought a machine yet or purchased fabric. If I want to learn how to make scrunchies for my daughter, how do I know how much fabric to purchase / cost an effective amount of fabric? Thanks heaps!

    Hii! My name is max and I have a small business as well. I make jean purses, scrunchies, and organizers mainly, but I'm adding more things soon. I live in Michigan in the u.s.a. and was wondering, if by any chance, we could start talking about business stuff and markets.
