The Restorative yoga will be helpful for tired legs: th-cam.com/video/01Rq-s0UFbo/w-d-xo.html And this one has one of my favorite poses "Legs up the wall" that help relieve achy or swollen ankles/legs. Skip the first 6 minutes and go for the Legs up the wall pose. Take a moment to find the right position by the wall for you.
