Heat up 0.5 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok. 2. Salted eggs, fry well at high flame. Turn to low flame. Dice in small cubes. 3. Add in ginger slices. 4. Add in appropriate amount of water. 5. Add in fuzzy melon. Cover up the wok. Heat up at high flame. 6. Add in the pork. Cover up the wok. Cook at high flame for 2 minutes. 7. Add in wolfberries. 8. Pour the soup in a big bowl. 9. Complete. Serve.
