My life changed when I prayed directly to Jesus. I prayed first to Jehovah to ask forgiveness in advance, that he not be offended, but I just wanted to say thank you for dying for my sins. As a parent, I didn’t see how The father could be angry for you saying thank you to the son, even as a jealous God. Jesus suddenly became so much more real to me, and the Bible seemed easier to understand.

Because they think that the New Testament is for the anointed, so they try to pick only those verses that are suitable from their point of view to non-anointed. I am very thankful for that. We can in no way earn everlasting life or forgivness of sins. We get it because God loves us and wants to forgive our sins and give us life. Do you read or listen to the Bible enough every day, like at least five pages every day? If you do that you will find an other understanding. And don't use a Bible that has replaced Jehovah with Lord. There are a few translations that has not replaced Jehovah with Lord. One non-jehovah's witness translation with Jehovah in the old testament is the American Standard Version.

@@jankosonen315Jeremiah was an apostate to Jehovah's Witness rules. Jeremiah spoke against Jerusalem (the organization), Jeremiah stood in front of the gates of the temple and prophesied against them, and Jeremiah told them not to trust in Jehovah's organization.
When I realized that Jehovah's Witnesses would consider Jeremiah an apostate if Jeremiah was alive, I knew that there was definitely something wrong with Jehovah's Witness organization. I left in 1998 when I read this.

And don't use a Bible that has replaced Jehovah with Lord. There are a few translations that has not replaced Jehovah with Lord. One non-jehovah's witness translation with Jehovah in the old testament is the American Standard Version.
