You can go to Australia or New Zealand during the winters in Canada. It will be summer over in AUS and NZ. Even if you go without your Motorhome, we will surely watch your content for these countries.
Carnet rules are not easy for those countries. Also, NZ is not like a neighbor to Australia. There is 1000+ Km of ocean, so he has to ship motorhome on a ship to NZ. On top of that, Australia has lot of unpaved roads. All British colonies are like that, big countries with 2 or 3 cities. Australia or Canada. Better he explores US more, which is more beautiful than Canadian tundra or Australian deserts. Highway infrastructure and RV facilities in US are no match for Canada or Australia.

I think that it would resonate with the crowd more because people don't normally go in motorhomes. Don't worry about what will be new. If you take your brother and do a duo trip with him, this in it of itself is unique and captivating. I would disagree that you go south america because of the instability of different countries, which your audience is largely not aware of. Safety is no 1 priority. Motorhome has plenty of applications in the US and Canada but it's best not to show off in developing nations where you don't even speak the language. Work smart not hard.
