Thank you for sharing these albums. I am a new collector in my 50’s and thanks to you I discovered and just ordered Sway Wild CD.
@@mmarti67 fantastic! You will love them
I just watched the little dico on the making of that Dempsey and Fanning album, love that you're showing the world Aussie stuff
Great showing! The Civil Wars are so good! Thanks for sharing!
@@TheAuditoryVinyl thanks very much
I really like the Australian duo of Kasey Chambers and Shane Nicholson, who made two albums together. Then there is the amazing Buddy & Julie Miller. I love the music Brian Wilson and Van Dyke Parks made together, the same for George Jones & Tammy Wynette. The Louvin Brothers were a favorite of Gram Parsons, and mine as well. But of course The Everly Brothers are as good as it gets.
@@bdp24x14 some excellent duos there!
I just discovered your channel and I enjoy it! There seem to be so few female music TH-camrs, and you're the first I've happened upon who's anywhere near my age!
Great selections, definitely. If you haven't heard The Secret Sisters, I highly recommend them (they have a lush Americana sound). And if you're not afraid to mix genres, Black Violin are classically trained violinists who mix hip-hop and soul into their work. Happy listening!
@@TomsHitParade Hi Tim - I love Secret Sisters and have all their albums. Their latest is beautiful:) . Don’t know Black Violin- will check them out. Thanks!
I need to check out some of these. I saw Tuck and Patty open for St Vincent once and I had forgotten they perform my favorite Cyndi Lauper song.
@@mariawesley7583 wow that cool. Thanks Maria!
Thanks for sharing some of your favourites … have a great weekend 👍
Moon duo slip under the radar I’m a fan
Thanks
@@robwalkerletthemusicplay thanks!
That Simon & Garfunkel compilation looks amazing! Never seen that one. Their Sounds of Silence was the first album I ever owned. Have you listened to Richard & Linda Thompson?
@@michaelpdawson yes! That’s a great duo suggestion.
