I love the way she has no envy her previous product has sold on Amazon by someone else, and just supports the idea has come to life. Great attitude!! And referencing a great book Big Magic!! Thanks Karen - hopefully people will stop picking on us Karen's 😂

What I've learnt as an amateur entrepreneur in my opinion was timing is important I love this video this really resonates with myself also, When I started with Davison I sent them my idea about creating a change color paint and I was targeting Nike Shoes specifically, The next 5 years later they where people with those shoes but I didn't get a license deal, but I was happy to see it developed, that just really validated that I have a nick for creating future products, I am looking forward to working alongside Invent Right ✅ I really believe they have all the skills to help me execute these projects I have

Her positive mindset is so important and amazing. A lot of people would take that situation in a negative light well done !

Terry made a HUGE point about taking your next product to bat, Karen! You can now say - 'My last product design wasn't picked up by those I went to and now it's a wildly successful product. I just don't want you to miss out this time around.' What a great example to the rest of us, Karen!

Thank you for sharing so many informative videos.
Due to living in Europe it would be extremely difficult for me to travel over to the US to complete licencing agreements
    My question is
Would it be possible for me to arrange and complete licencing agreements remotely ?
    Thank you in advance

Yes, all licensed agreements are actually done remotely.

I can totally relate to Karen's experiences. I can also relate to her positive reaction to seeing another inventor bring it to market.
The true test to see if your invention is a great product is to buy it, no matter who brings it to market.

Definitely a heartbreaker. If you’ve got an idea you need to take some action. It’s not that difficult. Don’t overthink it,learn all about product licensing. Thank you for watching this channel!

Thing I now appreciate and has been nicely reinforced by these guys is how to have a great attitude about things and just how to examine the bright side. Now at 66 I consider it more than trite, really is about how you play the games.

Can you help me develop an innovation that has a positive merit? the problem is I am disabled. Three companies I have approached took my money on the promises to help. They did nothing, but ask me if I had done this and if I had done that. They were just happy to take my money on their empty promises they just sat and did nothing, knowing that I could not get around and do these things. they were asking.. what can I do? And who do I trust? Thanks. Malc---- Leicester

They explained when I was working in a laundry that the stuff is classified as an explosive so just now it gives me the idea of a toy lint cannon. Have too may ideas to shake a stick at so anyone can go with it...

Im new to all of this, so maybe my question is silly. But... Is it really patent worthy? Like - would it be approved?? I can see trademarking the name, but otherwise its just a trash bin with magnets glued to it. Seems like it would be tough to prove its a new and unique idea.

If Karen had a patent and paid her yearly fees she would have been protected?

    • @FarekWad
      @FarekWad 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

She would probably have to pay the litigation fees up front and wouldn't get recompensated unless she wins (which could take years) especially if fighting against smaller manufacturers in other countries
