I can understand to a certain point how kids can listen to this now and think what the hell is this s**t. I am the same with modern stuff, especially the rancid rap stuff with constant sexual and violent references. I am 47 am my other half is 40 and she does not get ELO at all. The thing is, this is real music and does not have dodgy undertones. Such good memories and the music although dated, still sounds amazing. I do like the occasional modern stuff too, but very few and far between!
If we go back to the original ELO Jeff will realise that 10538 overture was the opening song for ELO not this. Anyway this is a good imitation of ELO not the 1970s version. Still enjoyable but never to be compared.
Don't you people know "canned" music when you hear and see it? I would never pay good money for this rubbish. Years ago, they used to at least HAVE a bloody orchestra playing music LIVE. Isn't that the whole purpose of going to a show, for LIVE music?

I don't know it, apparently I think they really were playing the music live, except for some of the beginning storm sounds. The 13-piece band really is that good. You can see them creating the sounds in some other performance videos.
@@linus98765 I bet I have been an ELO fan allot longer than you have probably been alive, still that doesn't excuse any band from doing this. It isn't performing music, it's just going through the motions of performing something pre-recorded {probably years ago}.
