  • Unilateral training is a very useful style of training, especially in the early stages of training yourself of your clients. Great for structural balance and rehabilitation from injuries. However, it take a lot of time and can be "rigid" in its nature. Not only these, but as well many thing you either have to train unilaterally or bilaterally, and that's it. Here I show there a couple more steps in between this big step from one to two limb training.
