I used to got at a house every christmass ( one of my aunt's house) and the previous owner lost one of their kids so a sickness. the baby's room was in the basement. and every year one of the new kids. would put his ear to the floor and say. theres a baby crying in the basement. I myself lived this when I was young. there was always this baby crying when we were there and when we used to go in the basement to take stuff like the gardening tools and such. I always felt being watched. from the very same room the baby died inside. I learned about the previous owner when I was 19 when me and my brothers wondered why all the kids said the same thing even though nobody ever told them scary stories about that.
