    And we're going to do that by finding what industry or what franchise you're interested in, that's fine four or five other FDDs other franchises and read their fdds and compare them to the one you like, each item down the franchise is all the same throughout all of them. If you're talking about startup costs, ongoing fees, that's Item six and seven, straight on down the line, easy to find easy to compare.
    And once you have figured out that, hey, this still is the one franchise that I really liked to buy it. And this does look very good compared to the other ones. I bet there's a couple things in those other fdds that were a little bit better than the ones that you ended up going with. So what are we going to do?
    We're going to tell the franchisor Hey, Mr. franchisor, Mrs. franchisor. I'd like to move forward. I like your concept. However, there's a few things that I would like to see if we can get modified, maybe have some addendums to our agreement, and then you bring those up and as long as there's nothing major like I want the royalty rate lower or what the you know, franchise fee law or brand development lower.
    If it's small little things, you're probably okay, there's probably room for some negotiation because they want to bring you on board. That's how they make money is by selling franchises. So I hope you found this information helpful.
