Weird, because I don't remember drivers like Chase Elliot, Kyle Larson, Alex Bowman, William Byron, Erik Jones, Christopher Bell, Ryan Blaney or Tyler Reddick having this much heat on them.
It's give and take, if you race cleanly people will more often than not race you cleanly, they will give you the benefit of the doubt. But once it starts becoming a pattern, you're gonna be on a short leash.

Ross is highly talented. He's talented enough to become a Cup champion. But, the other drivers won't LET him become a champion (by wrecking Ross in the playoffs year after year) until Ross runs a clean season.

@@blaizelee688 He got taken out because he is overprotective of his position. When someone is all over you early in the race, just let them go. Instead Scummy fight until it costs him far more than just a position. He did the same shit with Chase in 2017 and it cost him. Chase needed to win and Scummy just had to stay in front of Brad. The smart play would be to let Chase go especially after Martinsville.

No, it's still Chastains fault from a racing perspective. He tried to make it 3 wide at the last moment as they were exiting the corner. Just not the place or time to force a hole like that. I think later in the race it's fine, but it just seemed like too aggressive a move for that moment.
