This is one of the best explanations of spins I’ve seen and I’ve been watching a lot of pool instructional videos lately. He doesn’t talk about changing your aim or anything like that to complicate the issue. He just shows examples of how the ball reacts and how he uses that ball reaction to avoid high traffic areas when positioning. Brilliant!
I have watched over 500+ pool videos in the last 10 years. With out a doubt in my mind, Mike's video is the best of its kind! Accolades to Captain Hook! If this video to doesn't take the intermediate player up 2 balls, I don't know what will. In a way, this video is giving away pool secrets that most players don't realize they are there. ... and I kind of wish Mike didn't divulge these secrets. LOL! Seriously, this videos covers so much useful material, I can't wait to get to my table to practice everything he said. :)
This is helpful. Although, how to aim a shot with inside or outside english really is the most important and elusive part. I'm struggling with how to aim when my cue stick is no longer in the middle.
