I have both headphones. The sound quality from the h95 is definitely more clear and spatial. Px8 is clear but the sound is more compact. H95 has more detail while listening carefully.
I have PX8 and I love them. I miss the comfort of the Bose Ultra. Sound was pretty good too, nice and laid back, when on low volume. Just not as good as PX8. I was ready to buy the H95 but after watching this comparison I think I’ll stay with PX8.
Unfortunately the B&O H100 have opened up at $2700 in Australia, So Currently I could buy the H95 and PX8 and have $500 left over. But knowing me I will land up with the H100 and hopefully not regret it
I tried both. At the end I keep also both like the testers, because the B&O´s are better for wearing at the computer and on the other side for listening music with lot of bass, I prefer the B&W´s.
hello ! have the Bowers & Wilkins been reliable in terms of quality for you ? I read complaits that people had issues with the quality after a few months of usage. Thank you !
Thanks for the video, as I live in Copenhagen usually I get B&Os and was undecided on whether to fork out the premium for the B&O. Love the PX look, and if the sound is better plus a lower price it’s a no brainer. Thanks again
hello bro, I hope you are fine, I am trying to do research and every bit more of info left me with more questions, I see you have tested plenty of brands also audeze which is supposed to be premium and has an audiophile line like LCD5, my question is, for a budget of about H95 and down, which headphone would you recommend if I'm gonna use them for about 18 hours a day and I really want the best possible mic quality and sound quality.. including any brand out there for about or cheaper than H95
@@aznsensation44 I see, thank you very much bro, what about mic quality? I'm gonna be using them on work calls often on a weekly basis, do they also have a good mic?
Have you owned both of these or are you just making crazy assumptions? I've held them both the materials are similar they both use lambskin leather so how is H95 a Bentley and PX8 a VW? They literally use the same materials. H95 is a good sounding headphone but it's not $200 better sounding than the PX8 and the noise cancelling isn't as good either
@@aznsensation44 Crazy assumptions🤣you wish!I don't need to own them both, you know, it's 21st century, one can test certain product without ownership. If you own the px8-condolences, you waisted your money.Even with similar materials , the craftsmanship of BW is way below the BO.The clamping force is terribly strong and that is what makes the BW uncomfortable for most of people, except for those with tiny heads. The BO are one of the most comfortable headphones out there. The controls on BO have no rivals. The noise cancelling is perfect(if you need more, i suggest earplugs or change of working environment). As the sound-the BW has terrible treble, no middle and too strong base, so listening to detailed music is impossible.

Great video. This is strange as I sold both Bathys and PX8 and am awaiting a pair of B&O 95. I have the Apple max and love them for ANC and transparent mode but I want a more premium build (leather cups etc). I found the Bathys awful to use they kept disconnecting and making strange gurgling noises and I did not like their sound either and the materials felt so cheap for their price, plus they looked like the Cyberman in Dr Who, also their app was awful. I was not blown away with the PX8 either and found their sound not particularly special, the build is nice but they did have quite a clamping force which was an issue for me. I suppose its all down to preference. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts.
I just got my px7 (px8 was too expensive even though build quality is amazing) sound from B&W is clean I think px7 and 8 are using the same drivers but I’m not sure
interesting video! I have both headphones and overall I would currently prefer the PX8 to the H95. As a note, I think the comparison is only partially fair. the H95 is twice as old as the PX8. I don't really agree with the sound either. On the B&O site it also says that it has Bluetooth 4.1. The Beoplay H100 will be available in 3 weeks, I'm extremely excited! Unfortunately it costs 1/3 more than the current one.
I went to try the px8 & the focal but why the volume doesn’t go up much on both of them . I’m thinking of driving downtown to try the beoplay and see if I like it better

Did you adjust the equlizer on b&o!? I don’t see you did any settings on b&o apps.
Shit review.

For wireless headphones the best sound quality is the Focal Bathys no question

I think the mic on both the PX8 and the Bathys are ok. they're not as good as Sony or Apple but it works fine.
Have both. Love both.
Are you joking🤣even in the video H95 sounds waaaay better than the other headphones except the Focal. Material-wise h95 is like Bentley and the px8-WV

So B&O is like Teenage Engineering of headphones?
I guess? Although I haven't had too many of teenage engineering products. But yeah it's style over substance for B&O
Love the H95s! They recently released the H100s but those are way out of my price range! lol
The px8 are being sold for $559 usd
What a steal at that price
449€ on Amazon, just right now!

Nope the px8 is using different carbon dome drivers and the px7 is biocellulose I think

H95 doesn't justify the price u paid bcoz px8 and bathys sounds way better
Agreed and even if they sound similar to them H95 are way more expensive. B&O is always overpriced

Well regardless of how old, B&O still sells the H95 for that high price so it's fair to compare them and I do prefer the PX8 still.
