Really good damage control for Lando after yesterday, and I understand that it was very unlucky but him and Mclaren can't afford these. If it wasn't for the crash Max was going to end in P7 today. If Max struggles to get P5 until the end of the season in every race. Lando needs to show commanding weekends to the end of the season, to make people see that he is a deserving champion and that he can handle the pressure. Piastri earned his win in full today, nearly 30 laps of seeing if Leclerc can do the move. This season is just mental.
If Lando win WDC, he should win title for next five years. No driver has done that considering points difference. It is not real to expect that from any driver in general. Lando has fastest, but not dominant car as Max had at the beggining at the season.
Leclerc said he made a mistake to let Oscar pass, thinking he'd best let his tires warm up and take him to take back his lead possition in the next lap. Would have been intresting to see if Oscar still could have passed if Leclere had defended!

So maybe the hard tire was a bit better on the Mclaren, also I have no idea how Leclerc managed to be within a second in dirty air for nearly 30 laps and continue to fight. Usually I think drivers try for a few laps and then back off for a few laps to recover the tires and energy, then go again.

Oscar was never in doubt of loosing second place as he was the second fastest driver all the way until passing leclerc , I think lando did a great job gaining so many places and finishing 4th due to the crash , but to take credit for helping piastri win , is ridiculous , and he is only saying this , so that oscar feels like he owes lando a favour in the remaining races . Oscar gets second likely regardless but without Lando he'd have to Overtake Perez who caught up to Leclerc and Overtake a Leclerc whose tires would have survived longer without Piastri's dirty air.
