Great video thank you I want to use this on a Fliteboard-do you think that it would work? Secondly, do you have an Australian distributor or do i need to order from hawaii? Thanks again
I tried it on a prone board but did not like it with the waist belt as can get tangled around the legs and can get in the way if the waist leash rotates and the retracting leash slides to the front. Most guys here use regular leashes for prone foiling.
The retracting leash comes out 10 feet, plus about 4 feet of shock cord. For more details: www.blueplanetsurf.com/retractable-foil-waist-leash-with-shock-cord.html
I have one of those Oceanus reel leaches that I got years ago when I learned to kitesurf. Mine won't retract all the way in any more and I was reluctant to take it apart in case I couldn't put it back together again. Is there any instruction how to do this as I also have a spare cord, but I just want it to retract all the way in.
Sorry, I have not disassembled mine but it seems like it just has a simple stainless steel coil spring inside that should be fairly simple to replace. You can email: oceanusjs@aol.com for more information.
Thank you Robert. I’m planning to purchase one.
Good choice!

Yes it will work. We currently don’t have a distributor in Australia, please email your address for a shipping quote to blueplanetsurf@gmail.com

Maybe the GoJoe is the next step! Kidding!!
Any experience using this type of leash prone foiling? My coiled leash is driving me nuts!

How long is the leash?
