    Corey has that break down to a science on this table; the combo on the 9 is lined up every break. Such a good break, it prevents balls getting tied up.

      pattern racking isn't allowed, and they changed the rules to disallow soft breaks. He's basically cheating but isn't getting called out.

      Sorry to be offtopic but does anyone know a trick to get back into an Instagram account?
      I somehow forgot the password. I would love any help you can give me!

    Wow. First prize is $2200? Wouldn't seem like that's worth the traveling.

    Require the 7 and 8 to be behind the one when racking. That solves combo problem

    • @glennmorris4295
      @glennmorris4295 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's pattern racking 🤷‍♂️

      @@glennmorris4295 dude you're dumb. Pattern racking is only bad if it's advantageous to the player breaking.

    Skip to 50:00 to start the action again.

    Would definitely recommend lifting up the speakers a little bit, sound is at max through youtube and computer and gets a little hard to hear, it's like a golf commentary that just fills space, either let the commentators speaking be heard or make it less noticeable.
    the gain by .5 db would make everything better!

    This match was a nice change of pace from watching Justin Bergman, man can that guy play slow.

    • @lstone234
      @lstone234 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes Bergman is hard to watch. Really good player but hard to watch.

      @@lstone234 and when Bergman is put on the clock, he plays well! Go figure.

      Bergman is dogshit tbh,good players but boring as hell to watch.One of the reason why pool is dying is because of player like him.

    Why is the soft break outlawed but jump shots are legal?

    Hmm... McMinn HAPPENS to rack the 3 ball in the combination spot three times in a row, and then the 2 ball right after. HMM.

    This match was a clinic, Shane tried to keep up with the soft break but the better player won. Lol how frustrating Corey’s style is to his opponents.

    Coreys pattern racking and soft break is just cheating. Glad they made rules prohibiting it.

    I do not agree with having conditions so easy, that break and runs are this easy. This is just too easy

    Look at the size of the pockets their massive, this is a game for children.

    • @JohnMathews

      typically someone who makes a comment like that is not a skilled pool player.

    • @abijahvojtasek7557
      @abijahvojtasek7557 7 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Nope. Normal size (4.5"). They may look a bit bigger because it's a bar table, but they are the same as any other pool table. I'll watch you play either of these two and see how far you get in this "children's game."

    • @lstone234
      @lstone234 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My table is a 9 foot. The pockets are 4&3/8 inch. I think now most tables are pretty much the same. Back in the day they weren't.I have been playing the game off and on for over 50 years. And still love it. Very grateful to be able to watch these matches on my computer fro free.

      Lewin: you're watching the wrong game if you want a comparison to snooker. Watch 14.1 continuous for shot making and positional play and one pocket for strategy. You should also check out the American hustle series where Ronnie O'Sullivan plays many great American players and usually loses to the pros.

  • @corymartel9192
    @corymartel9192 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    These guyys must be desperate for rent money... travel for $2200.00. Ronnie O Sullivan wouldnt shoot a shot for that kind of money.

    • @glennmorris4295
      @glennmorris4295 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No money in pool anymore and the players only have themselves to blame.

      You are trashing Corey. What is boring ? He is a great player. You have probably never played in a tournament. Both of these guys are really out of your league You just sit on your fat ass and criticize.
