I saw them in 1984 and 1985. The drummer (the one with the ton of hair) was actually the lead singer. His name is Chibi. I bought one of their albums and had it signed. I was stationed in Okinawa back then.
I love it i need them !!!!!!! The boys do a gtreat job organ player perfect. Guitar i havnt gotten that far yet im not done listening i had to post this now because it really hits home just what mr Gillans voice used to be able to do God bless him . This fellow does a nice job singing the lyrics in the right key and all but the more i listen to purple cover bands and this one is tops as far as im concerned nobody so far really even comes close to being anle to scream and i hate to really use that word because altjough he is technically screaming whrn you say yhat it takes away from what he is really doing which i can only describe as a svream but in key and such strong vibrato he had a tremendous voice and he used every little bit of it on a daily basis bevause he was a beast and wanted to scream sing his very best every concert night which will tske its toll on anyone in the world so fuck anyone especislly Mr Blackmore when they say his voice wasnt great on alot of nigjts. What do you expect and being since then up till now only a few came close but these cover band singers dont even try to go there which imo saus it all wake up Gillian was the best screamer EVER amd a nice singing voice but Greg Lake hss hom beat there but anyway let me listen to the guitar solo btw drummer is perfect also

I met George in 1980 when Mariner first started and he was playing with Change of Years as their keyboardist. He has not aged a second!!! And he is one of the best keyboardist ever, definitely in the Keith Emerson and Rick Wakeman class!
Well, if the real Deep Purple become extinct some future day..., these people seem to be sufficiently 'cloned' to step in their place, at least they stand way up above other tribute bands.

内地で20年近く前に、何の前情報もなく「Double Dealing Women」を聴いてとてつもない衝撃を受けた。 Murasakiは日本が誇る生粋のRockバンドだと思う。
私も、もう50年ぐらい前になりますが、高校時代に紫を初めて聴いてめちゃくちゃ衝撃を受けました💜
ライヴにも行きましたし、下手くそながらコピーバンドをやったりもしました❤
今でもライヴの動画を見られるのは感謝しかありませんm(_ _)m
正に日本のDeep Purpleですね💕︎
このメンバーが揃うはもう二度とないのが残念すぎる・・リアルタイムで見ておけばよかった・・
チビのドラムも素晴らしい。ギターも息が合っていて文句なし。このバンドの核であるジョージ紫で一つにまとまっている。ただ、ボーカルは、私の中では正男の声が一番だと思う。

Chibi is awesome! One of my drumming mentors. They let me play with them on BC street when I was just 17. That was a blast!!!

・・・・１９７５年の「海洋博覧会」開催のときに沖縄に行った。コザ通りで「紫」のタイブを見た。
同じ通りの直ぐ側に「チャンピオン」という店があり、そこで「ゼロ戦」というバンドも見た。本土から来たらしいバンドだったが、ハイト－ンが出るボーカルがいていいバンドだった。夜も１２時過ぎるといつも米兵で一杯だった。懐かしいな～

チビさん、懐かしいです。その昔、８２年頃だったと思いますが、チビさんがボーカルのSan Diegoというバントがあって、東京で何故かローディーで手伝って居ました。San Diego は売れませんでしたがレベルの高い良いバンドでしたね。皆沖縄の人達でした。チビさん、元気かなー。
僕は当時Chibiさんのファンで彼に顔を覚えられ、新宿キモノマイハウスとかでChibiさんに会えたら話しかけてもらってたドラマーです。ローディーのあなたと何度か話したことがあると思う。顔も何話したかも覚えてないけど🙂良い時代だったよね。

那覇に行った時にとあるコンカフェで来店していたバンド兄ちゃん曰く｢沖縄でバン活やってると紫を知らなかったらはぶられる｣と言ってました、因みにそのカフェは紫のメンバーがされていたライブハウスの跡に居抜きで入った店だそうですw
