but didn't you realised the voices thing is a roter action now?
It's probably changing when you swipe up or down then you have the voice roter on
So go to the voice orter change it by swiping up or down and then go to roter actions in accessability and voice over and remove the voices
It used to be called languages but not any more
It might be called that still in the roter actions page
Remove it and that will stop happening
