I've lost tier 1 twice

How long did it take you to unlock him from the ticket grind?
@@Notmiddleg Can't remember... I'd say a few days (about 5 or 6), and then a couple more weeks (maybe 3) to get his ultimate, all the while doing the 50 crystal refreshes of yellow energy everyday.

Just got all requirements down and ready for the fun to begin. This guide I'll give you massive praise for so far. Just did a stage 1 and it worked like a charm, and I don't have close to as good mods as you, still did fine. Thanks alot. Looking forward for my first GL!

You can beat it with numerous combinations. I went feint, strike, parry, feint, strike. Great vid but I think as long as you keep a consistent patty and strike when you get the ???? You’re good.
I’ve used this guide from the start of my slkr unlock. Just did my first attempt for the ultimate and so far haven’t wasted a single ticket other then a bluestacks malfunction thank you for your work on this

Been a huge help so far (skipped some of the modding suggestions on first 3 tiers and still got the wins, no lost tickets). Ultimate/tiers coming up for me this week!

This was so helpful. I am F2P and just got GK and Malek and figured to go after a dark side GL. Once I got all the requirements and went into tier 1 and got smoked lol. Just unlocked him yesterday and am working on the ultimate ability. Thank you brother 🙏

This was great, thanks! In Tier 6, they were able to take out my whole team before I got either Poe or Finn down, but kept doing the event skill strategy and SLKR was able to take out all 3. I ended up with over 500+ stacks of siphon.

Just got all my requirements, just found out about Dark side tickets.... ugh!!! Thanks for the guide. I dont have as good of mods, hopefully this helps and I can still beat them
i think if you follow the strat it can make up for a difference in mods! And if not, there is no harm in taking a pause, getting some more relics or mods and hitting it again
Thanks for the guide Grid, I "dropped" one battle that I attempted before I geared SLKR up enough. But I was at max tickets and it didn't affect my progress.
I was able to do tier 5 with a g12 SLKR as well and I'm 3/3 for ult farming

I did g11 slkr for tier 5. He got 1 shot by a Rey basic attack. I can’t gear fast enough. I should have just kept at max tickets. Oh poopy
The reason you can stun Rey in Tier 4 is because her unique Galactic Lengend is not Upgraded and upgrading it is what stops stuns
I watched several guides about tier 3, but in none of them did I understand what Misplay was about and how to get back to the combination. You explain it definitely best with that pause. Greetings from Poland

Thanks for the updated guide Gridan! I was one of the people who was struggling previously with a 50% win rate but I just tried this today and got my 7th ultimate material! I swapped out phasma and OG Kylo for SF Tie Pilot and KRU and that seemed to work for me. Didn't want too much TM gain on the squad because SLKR's unique says TM Gain reduces max health which stunts SLKR''s growth for the 1v1 vs Rey. Appreciate the extra detail you took on this one!

Hey Gridan, hope you are doing well. I don't know if you still check this, but I finally got around to SLKR (almost FTP peasant that throws some money at stuff like light speed bundles here) and I have only dropped one battle in the whole unlock process and that was because I just gave it a go because my tickets were almost maxed. I can see how the last battle can be annoying and frustrating, but your guide is pure gold and by far the best out there. Thanks for that and plenty of other great videos. All the best to you!
I came here extremely frustrated about trying to unlock slkr. Unfortunately I have burnt up some dark side currency trying to unlock but with this guide I have some optimism moving forward. Salute

IF you don't have the gear stocked up, AND you're doing dark side battles, you can easily max out your crystals before getting to Relic 5. So, unless you've got it all stocked up for instant R5, you can do Tier 4 easily with g11 SLKR. I did have all Zetas active. Squad = Hux, Officer, KRU, Sith Trooper.

I used the same strat for Tiers 4 and 5 at R5 SLKR and worked great. I just tried on Tier 6 and Rey was able to kill me. Time to save tickets again.
I lost 2 battles, tried another guide lost another, then found this and I haven’t lost a single battle since. Good guide 👍

Been struggling on tier 6. Wasted 2 attempts already. Watched this video and got my first win. It played out just like you said with SLKR stackin mastery, and eventually killing Rey. Kicking myself for not watching sooner.
two recommendations to people who have dogshit mods/no zetas like me, is that
1. hux zeta is a must
2. give sith trooper and pilot ur very best mods for damage and make hux faster than bb8 (314 i think)
this method will still work about 80% of the time if ur as bad at mods as me
im currently on 3rd tier and will update

Timing is everything.. just finishing off tier 6… Thxs for explaining the strategy… it was sketchy but I just completed 2 battles with complete control.. Thxs so much!!! Mabye look at a follow up video. How to mod slkr, who to put with, how to use in raids , tw , gac etc.. Thxs !!!
7/8 on T1. But my mods are not great. The speed can definitely help but it is doable without. Hux was only 280 and he was my fastest so 7/8 is a win imo. Great video 👍🏻
