I'm not even a duck hunter and haven't really been that interested in it before, but I watch a lot of hunting shows and this is by far one of the best hunting films I've ever seen. Incredible job on this production! Bravo!
Easily the best duck hunting video I have seen. Great Narrating, great ducks, GREAT location, and even better hunt. Congratulations guys! Can only hope I can get so lucky to get out there and shoot one for myself!
You have just now confirmed that this is the ultimate trip of a lifetime. I sincerely hope I get to experience it! Well done video, you captured the true beauty of the land!!
How do ya'll only have 2.5k subscribers this quality would be on par if not better than channels with 2.5 million subs. Great work and beautiful ducks.
The Element We met the Alaskans on Facebook I am one of their aunts surgeon so it was a buddy Hunt. Other than flight we all split the gas in the boat and split up the food it ended up being maybe $700 a person besides the travel. if you do a guided version of that it can be 5 thousand dollars for four days of hunting generally.
Hi The Element - I am now guiding in PWS for these birds. Lots of options. 300$ per gun per day for hunting. Reach out to me on FB at Best Shot Alaskan Adventures, LLC or shoot me a call at 907-602-4002 and I can answer most any question you might have.
You are living the dream my friend, traveling the world wing shooting with great food and even greater friends, loved the video and damn how I wouldn’t mind to take a shot at some of those beautiful birds someday.
The production and editing on this vid is absolutely amazing! One of the best duck hunting vids I have ever watched! Looks like it came from National Geographic or something haha.
WOW! That’s all that comes to mind after that video! Great hunt, great production. A+ video guys!!! Makes me want to go to Alaska for a hunt of my own.
I would love to go do this one day.... I love this video I can tell all of you had an amazing time. Also this is why I love diver Ducks, it seems like they have bullet proof vests on them hahahah.
I grew up hunting just about everything but ducks, today I killed my first wood duck on a creek and sneaked in on him. He's going to the taxidermist tomorrow. He somewhat sparked a interest in this duck hunting thing. This was a incredible film man, good job
Louisiana Wetlands haha I can almost guarantee it. I’m in Indiana and almost all of my GWT are on the move heavily. Truly amazing video, I love the step by step you guys did and the time that you guys put in was clearly well spent. Amazing quality also. Extremely jealous of all of you haha. 👍👍👍
You wanna know what’s funny, I live here in Alaska and we call alarmist all of the sea ducks sh*t ducks. We live the Harley’s and the realy pretty ones but we rather go for mallards and stuff. I always thought it was funny to see the different perspectives. Awesome video and even greater intro
First of all, great video! Secondly, I just subscribed to your channel. What camera do you film your non drone shots with? I'm looking to add a camrea for next year and you clearly know what you are doing.
Somewhere In Wisconsin thank you for the kind words. I use a Sony A7sii for everything else. I’ve got a couple of those and I carry a small sony5100 I think in my wader pocket for quick moments when I don’t have the good cameras set up.
Louisiana Wetlands Good deal. Thank you. I've been considering the 5100 vs 6300 for a little while now. I like the idea of being able to keep the 5100 close by as it's smaller.
Somewhere In Wisconsin yeah I actually shot quite a few important bits with that one. It’s a run and gun camera you don’t have to treat as carefully so you can always have it on you. I leave it on fully auto everything so I can hand it to people and just tell them to point it and press record
@@HamptonRutland Well hell. When I took hunter safety in Kansas many years ago, it was illegal to shoot water fowl on the water. They had to be in flight to be shot. Either that, or we've been lied too...hahaha
BasementDwellerWokeAFVirginForLife69 There are a fairly large percentage particularly of older hunters who find it less sporty and unfair. You can argue all day about that but the fact is it is completely legal and has never been illegal in any state ever.
@@HamptonRutland thank you for clarifying. I have been under the wrong impression for many many years it would seem. And to think of all the times I didn't have to go home skunked.....someone is getting their shins kicked! haha
Garrett yeah I never noticed that. TH-cam must have put the music titles up that it recognized, bc I didn’t write that. You’re right Byegone is the opening song, but I was talking over it so it must not have recognized it, Comrade is the first song that plays without narration over it during the first day kill shot section.

Keller Mainard it ended up being a lot colder than everyone thought, hypothermia was a real concern for the dogs. We couldn’t bring them home and didn’t want to leave them at the cabin in case we got stranded somewhere overnight. So they went where we went.
