Maybe Nagarjuna was tantrically afraid not to be able to be thankfull enough maybe without his guts to look with closed eyes , just being depended on believing in the way of experiencing the art of life beyond his own circumstances🤝
I agree that Dr. Thutten Jinpa is a well verse in Lamaism. But he is lacking in true Buddhism. Because he believes in spirits, deities, reincarnations, bardo, prayer flags, butter lamps, smoke offerings, prayer wheels etc. These are rituals mixed of Hinduism and Bon. A true Buddhist is follower of Buddha's path.
