Is it gonna end?" in the middle of the series, but when I come to the last episode, I was blown away. I understood why some people love this anime. I bet you should give it a try.
The English translation of a sentence of the lyrics "I've already had enough misery" is translated from the Japanese sentence "悲しみはもうたくさんなんだ" which literally means "There is already too much misery/sadness/grief". Why not just do a direct translation here? I personally find the "I've had" part to be a bit misleading because it's much less ambiguous than what it actually is in Japanese.
Those movies are just a compilation with a few new scenes. Anniversary edition of original series. I expected it to have more content and story. Like a sequel or prequel...
