Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' video.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

My family is all from Tynesmouth, and that area. They all immigrated to America in the late 50's. They each bought an acre of land side by side out in the middle of no-where. My street consisted of 4 families, all mine. Great grandmother, grandparents, my parents, and my great aunt and uncle (great uncle was from Yorkshire). I had a charmed childhood growing up with my family all around me. My parents are still alive, but everyone else has passed on, and I miss them, I joke that I was raised on a British street in rural Utah, USA. I hope to find any relatives still living in England, or perhaps visit one day.

When I worked shovelling concrete for 8 hours a day, that was my standard breakfast every day apart from the giant bun type thing - I easily used to work it off. I used to have 6 eggs, 6 sausages, 6 bacon, 4 hash browns, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, black pudding, a lamb chop, bubble & squeak, 2 slices of fried bread and chips. 2 cups of sweet tea and a can of coke. I never put on any fat whatsoever and was usually hungry by the end of the day - hard physical work. Brekkie was the main meal of the day. Also, what the hell were those fat lorry drivers doing in there guzzling it down and sitting on their arses all day?! This bearded dude seems to be in fairly good shape.
*Cleaning bogs in the local boozer doesn't actually burn that many calories I'm afraid bud.. sorry to say 🤷🏻♂️

I used to be such a bad eater, would always leave so much food. Ever since I started watching food challenge videos I've found that I am actually eating better. I never feel hungry anymore because I'm now eating enough to keep me happy :D
