Never in my life I imagined such a realistic art can be created just with oil pastels.. My kid use pastels for school drawing. I just consider them as crayons but with more brighter colours.. 😊

I wonder how much you’ve had to practice before reaching this level of artistic ability. Your painting is a jaw dropper for sure. I too have oil pastels, just a few. I don’t think they’ve seen the light of day. I wasn’t aware you could use pencil in top of oil pastels. Your artwork is stunning.

No one can produce the same arts even if they have all the materials without the 4P's that I have mentioned. Why not try yourself and tell whether what I said is true or not 😊

Hey just wanna drop it here, I tried this and it was easy to follow however since I'm still a beginner in using oil pastels and I cannot seem to be able to blend colors because whenever I try putting another color the first layer seems to scratch, but I did it I finished the video as well as my drawing. I was quite happy with it even though it was not good as yours and I just wanna say thank you and you did a great job!!! I just subscribed!

Well he has talent but one thing I didn't like about his technique is that he uses black ! If you practically see , nature don't have black colour . The shadow should be made with blue and brown and the colour of the object of which the shadow is falling . Otherwise , that's a masterpiece !

@Valentine Vanessa yeah off course.. Her colors are so smooth and it mixes pretty nicely....but mine was a battlefield.. A battle between the color and the paper.. Harmony doesn't exist between them🤣

와 사철나무 잎을 이렇게까지 자세히 표현하는 분 이분이 처음인 듯 잎맥 무늬, 달걀모양 잎, 잎사귀 끝에 미세한 톱니 표현까지 완벽함... 가지 표현은 말할 것도 없고,,, 식물학도를 꿈꾸는 급식이가 감탄하고 갑니다 bb
이렇게 색 잘 쓰는 분들 보면 진짜 말 그대로 마법사 같고 막 그럼.. 색연필 몇 번 슥슥 움직였는데 잎맥과 톱니가 만들어지고 오일파스텔이랑 하얀 마커 몇 번 슥슥 움직이니까 진짜처럼 보이는 물방울이 만들어짐 ㄹㅇ 대박이다

I work with oil pastel. I use sennelier. I build up layers and then carve out details. Amazing medium. Love it.
