it looks like a whaletail wing that they made for the bug a while back with a custom cut out for a radiator/intercooler for the (sounds like) porsche engine...or it could all be custom made

it's an carrera 2.7 RS look for beetles with an intercooler, and no it's a VW motor with a big turbo
