love the no nonsense video, treats you like you have the ability to understand without constantly repeating steps and treating us like idiots, very refreshing, love it
This is really helpful, I've been needing to make a hat for a Coatume my grandmother and I have been making. It was a pink Victorian style dress, which was a pain to put together, and the Hat that goes with it is gorgeous. Neither of us have any experience in that, though! This does really help.
Hello and thank you for a brilliant video. I want to check if the ebook comes with a list of everything I will need to make the silk hat please? regards Peta
This is beautiful..thanks for sharing such great experience for me so I can try myself to do things for myself without spending too much on buying things which so much expensive in our country..so creative
This is great for someone that knows how to measure, but there are beginners as myself would love to know how to measure for size and to make a pattern.
Slight problem l cant use a sewing machine l'm 58 yrs old l've tried all types and they all end up not working for me l can try and sew and it will last maybe 5minutes and the stitching goes mad and makes loops on one side. my daughter 38 yrs will then sit down change nothing and it works perfect . lt makes me insane so l hand stitch everything l want to sew. god l would so love to be able to use one
I have this exact machine but I have have had the same issues in the past with all of my machines at one point or another. Bring it in for a tune up and ask them to give you a short tutorial on tension. It'll do a world of good!!!!😉😉😉😉
Amazing! I am so going to buy this pattern and finally be able to make the perfect Eliza Doolittle at Ascot hat! Do you have to use silk or could you use cotton instead? I would like to mass produce this for my theatre company, and silk is not ideal for a bunch of prostitutes in dirty old London or Paris in the 1850 :)
