- How did Princess Anne bring Sarah Ferguson to tears? One day at a family dinner, Anna called Fergie an "outsider". And there was a furious argument between Andrew and Anna. Fergie came out in tears. Andrew demanded that Anna apologise, which she did. But after that, a very cold relationship developed between Fergie and Anna.Fergie also met a cold reception from the Queen's sister, Princess Margaret. They were friendly at first, but their relationship deteriorated after Sarah and Prince Andrew began divorce proceedings. One day Sarah sent Princess Margaret a bouquet of flowers. I still say today that Anne is a gatekeeper who only cares about her brothers and not her SIL, nieces' and nephews' spouses. As the senior most women in the family, I don't see her as a leader at all. It can not be that Anne has watched all her siblings except Edward and herself divorce and still not show feelings for ehat they are going through. I rarely hear that Anne is a wonderful aunt or a person to confide in! Her only loyalty is to Charles and the Crown. That's an issue as the slimmed down monarchy is in need of leadership! Cutting ribbons doesn't hack it anymore!

Anne always has problems with her in laws (eg Diana, Fergie) Yea she’s hardworking but she’s not a kind person as compared to the Catherine, Princess of Wales or Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh. You cant feel anne’s warmth.
Often referred to as The Queen's "only daughter" it makes you wonder how she would have been with a sister for a rival.

You didn't need to say "kind person as ..." you could've just said "not a kind person," and left it at that. Saying "not as kind as X" implies there's is some kindness but not as much as someone else. There is NO kindness. I mean, yes, she works hard and has balls of steel but not someone I would want to spend any time around. She's someone who I could have work for me but we would have to work in separate locations.

She even looked down upon her own mother because the Queen Mum was a mere “commoner “ the daughter of an earl, and Charles pulled rank on his own father. These are people who were never taught the manners and respect that ordinary people are usually taught.
The mispronunciation of Fergie irritated me so much. I would prefer to marry an outsider not family.

Princess Margaret was divorced from her husband in 1978, 8 years before Andrew and Fergie got married, so that was pretty rich. Margaret was the first Royal to divorce since Henry VIII. Frankly, by the time Andrew & Fergie split. no one much cared because the Charles-Diana soap opera was still going on. Even though the Yorks are “officially” divorced, they still live together in Royal Lodge, so it didn’t quite take.
