@@jayybren That's police policy in Ontario, in general you're not allowed to pursue - and if there's a helicopter, you're definitely heavily discouraged from pursuing. You let the helicopter cover it until the driver stops. Maybe you're from the States or somewhere where police ARE allowed to pursue in more situations.
