    I am just 3 months short of being 62 years, I love what you are doing currently, enjoying life and nature. I also wanted to do the same thing in my life but you need to have resources to meet the expenses. I wish that I may be able to have enough resources to follow your kind of life style.

    Ethan, your reasons are your reasons. You are still doing a great job of sharing Asia, which is the purpose, right? You are sharing a valuable piece of life, so keep up the great work! Loving every minute of you travels.

    I also stopped thinking about going back to Thailand. I’m looking in my own backyard for travel experiences. Keep up the great work buddy

      Good to hear man. I know you’ll be one of the first to go back when it opens however as I look to do. Let’s hope this all ends soon!

    Awesome Vlog buddy, I love those running water sounds from the river, soothing and relaxing. Something I keep forgetting to ask, are there no mosquitoes at those camp sites? Are there any beautiful water falls around you? If yes, do bring us along on those adventures dude, I love water falls. Don’t bother about going anywhere yet, just focus on where you are now coz borders and travel bans won’t be lifted anytime soon, probably only by mid next year. Malaysia alone is now facing its 3rd wave and most parts of the world too, so pointless to be looking at International travels for now. Looking forward to more fun and adventurous vlogs, peace and cheers, T.F

    I'm from the states, but I live in Daegu with my wife. I've been wanting to go backpacking in the area around the mountains here, looks like such a neat area.
    Do you know a good website for the laws on stuff like this? I know in the states if it's a national park you can kinda camp anywhere, but not sure here in Korea.
    And cool channel! just subbed!

      Thank you! You should be able to camp anywhere it's not public property. National parks are a little more hit and miss cause it might be a protected area. Generally you don't camp during the daytime when people are walking up the trails etc either but I've seen people camp overnight. The main thing is that you don't litter. You take all the trash with you which is sorta common sense for us americans. I am not sure of any website with the exact laws etc but like most things in Korea there's the law and common sense. You'll sort of get a feel for it. In the national parks I'd go minimal but if you follow those guys that go camping with the cars, they seem to go all out by the beaches. I just drive around until I see other people camping. Koreans like to camp under bridges which are all usually public land with a fresh water source etc

    I am enjoying your camping vids, but would like to see Amayu make a reappearance.

      I’d really like that too my friend... unfortunately covid has us separated for the time being but once japan and Korea or Thailand lift their travel bans and airlines resume their regular flights it’s the first thing that’s going to happen in my videos. Mayu and Ethan again

      That’s sad to hear I haven’t done any dispersed camping in the states but I liked to imagine that Americans would be more responsible :(

    My korean friend said camping in korea mountain is ilegal

    • @livetravelasia
      @livetravelasia  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      There's a huge trend of camping in Korean Mountains now so I think your friend is a minority not to have camped there much less claim it's illegal

    You need to move on my friend, stop making excuses and excuses, you’re old enough to make a decision for your self, I find all of these new videos of you making excuses and trying to avoid the real question. You’re almost 40 get up and do something, you’re wasting your life away. No kids no wife

      I agree, Ethan, go back to the US work 90 hours a week, buy a Mercedes Benz to impress strangers you hate. pay a mortgage for thirty years on a house you'll never be in because your at work all the time. Your time off will be spent sleeping. Consume all you can. And pay all your taxes and fines..... you'll be sick in no time.

      Thank you both for you comments. Very valid point thumpernats haha

      @@thumpernats lol, those comments are on point! Luxury automobiles in particular are the worst financial decisions most Americans ever make. They have the exact same day-to-day utility as a Corolla and you can't go any faster than 80 MPH in the U.S. anyways.
