Just take a sheet of burlap/canvas/fabric of your choice and cut it to the shape of the banner. use stencils to paint the letters/use iron on letters to write out the message. attach the top of the fabric to a dowel after the message has dried/cooled. tie string to each end of the dowel. finally hang it on a nail :) i honestly have no idea why she'd pay $90 for it. you could seriously make it for $5!!!!
