I keep holding my side hustles and goals back because I've heard people say you need 10,000 hours to master anything. As a result I feel like I need blocks of 4 hours of deep work to be able to make meaningful progress. I'm going to use the 30 for 30 approach and email you (for accountability, even if you don't get to read it) my update after 30 days!
It's like as you say," Anything above zero compounds."
This works especially well if you're in your early 20s. There's no excuse for a lack of time if you don't have a family.

Started a 100 days challenge to be regular to gym!
I do 10-10-10-30 and its great, will do this too.
