This is a great demo....best example of what this thing sounds like when sitting there with it. It IS a great pedal and a heck of a value for what it delivers.
Thank you Tom! I love your demo. Thank you so very much sir! You brought out some really fun tones with the hybrid modes! Don't forget to run it at 18 volts if you can!
Fantastic run through of this pedal, Tom. Always appreciated. I just bought RKs MUSE and this is very tempting after hearing both your and Tom Bukovacs play throughs. Cheers
Man, as a lieflong neck vision purveyor, watching your left hand and hearing what I'm hearing while I'm seeing what I'm seeing is wild. Good on you, Quayle!
Great info. Just bought one, also as a keyboard player that’s messed on guitar a bit and just started having lessons, I’ve realised why I really like Robben Fords playing, when your playing more sustained notes and chords it’s interesting and melodic, we you play faster it sounds like practicing scales, something Art Tatum was a victim of, as impressive as it is and I’d love to have the ability myself. It’s genuinely boring to listen to, out of all the guitarist etc it’s always the ones that are melodic that catch my attention. Only just realised that watching this video. Your are a great player, I just prefer your slower playing personally.
I think you are missing in a big way how the Nobels tone knob functions! In the 12'oclock position is is very neutral, but going to the left will emphasize mids, going right will emphasize lows and highs. It is a very unique tone control for an overdrive pedal IMO.
Hello. Great demo as always!! Got mine today and like it a lot. Sounds very good at least on three combinations to my liking. Like both normal settings and my favorite is the od clipping with ts tone. However my pedal barely makes unity vol on ts tone stack mode. Is it like that or mine may have an issue?
I prefer the sound when recorded in a smartphone, that way i can compare if my hx stomp screams and overdrives need an update to the real thing. With a smartphone i can compare the sounds, that way i will never know how it sounds on the room. Just my opinion, i know people prefer sound quality in a video about sounds, not good for marketing :D. But from what i listen is a top quality pedal, it realy opens the thing. Do i need to use a buffer to use this pedal combined with an hx stomp in a 4cm?
This looks great, lots of options, small footprint, not too many knobs, plenty of usable tones, and can be buffered/true bypass. Very cool.

Robert - can it be run at 18 V., at 500 mA? I have a Strymon Ojai that has 500 mA Taps.
@@mikeoxley4458this pedal can work at 35 mA+

Seems like a great 2 in 1! Thanks for the great demo!

Thank you, Tom. Excellent demo as usual . Excellent pedal too
Tom’s “just on the edge of break up” is my drive channel.
Great clarity - sounds great, cheers 😎

Very cool! Thanks Tom!

Awesome demo! Quick question… what pickups are in your guitar? Thank you. 😊
Seymour Duncan Hyperion pickups
Yep - those are the ones!@@robby188
Thanks for the replies!! 👍🏻
Keeley... Is top...
My negative comment is actually a positive: The amp sounds fantastic before you even switch the pedal on - so ¯\_(ツ)_/
Love Tom’s playing, classy and impressive. But I am so bored of companies bringing out “new” overdrive pedals.
nice pedal..ive got an original tsibanez screamer
