you should use a self etching primer on bare metal before the paint, then brush on Rustoleum out of a can, its more durable than spray paint. you need my 40$ front drop brackets i have on marketplace that should move your axle forward👍
Definitely using something different for primer this time. I will look into some self etching primer. I’ve painted my bench with that rustoleum black paint and the red primer and it turned out good. Drop brackets would be a quick fix but I want to go long arm anyway so I will probably just wait and do them.
