Definitely Jon B and Lojo were miss informed about PhX .. going to Flagstaff was a waste of time.. The are 6 or 7 lakes around the valley.. Same thing happened on the never stop tour 2.. whoever was their host in Az did a horrible job by taking them to Lake Pleasant... Bartlett Lake is only 45 min away from the city and you can catch Largemouth, channel catfish, flathead catfish, crappie and plenty of Bluegill and carp... By the way great video guys as always 😎🤙🏼
lake pleasant is a party lake now, it used to have some good fish there when i was a kid
They should of gone to roosevelt, large/smallmouth, cats, gills, crappie, carp, tilapia.
Flagstaff has some cool stuff but wasting hours to get there definitely isn't worth in a competition.

Louisiana vs Arizona seems a little unfair. :) would be interesting to see how many species are even possible in each location.
That was definitely a Tiger Muskie! They stock them in a few different lakes up here. They are hybrids so they can't reproduce.

It's a tiger muskie I believe. It's a cross between a pike and a muskie. Here in idaho they use them to decimate over population in lakes.

Another fun show... I find the googansquad very entertaining and I certainly admire the Googan business model. You guys are great influencers and based on my family alone, I know you have a good number of young fans watching. It is for this reason I wish you would take a little time to learn at least the more common fish species your fan base encounters daily. Considering how many young fans are following your example, this old man would appreciate it. Keep up the great content guys!

Arizona can be a tough place to fish. You really have to find what works down there. I use to use rotting shrimp to catch catfish. They would be as long as my arm. But you can camp just about anywhere, so you could definitely save money on hotels. I use to fish all day and night when I had time too. Great times at lake Martinez, Mitry and the Colorado River.

Flair the trick with contential breakfast ya eat good then pack up a "doggy bag" for later on in the day and not totally gorge yourself at bk time, so not miserable... thst softshell turtle definitely cou ted as a species of fish and should be double bonus points.

You should go to rose canyon Tucson. There is really good fishing there for trout.
