Sounds like a Hermit Gang revisitation, an epic tale of all the story lines that loosely carried through the seasons
Joe undestood the assignment for the court case.
There was NO WAY they would win. Skiz was playing the hard line. All the fact were on Cleo's side.
Joe could have played the hard line as well, argued a strong case and pushed a decision... and failed.
So what does Joe do?
HE PLAYS IT FOR THE MEMES!!! So brilliant!
Also, if it turns out that Joe is the Snatcher as well, then that's even better!

Doc is awesome. He said no one wants to listen to a 3 hour podcast of him rambling, but I absolutely would.
Best thing showing the real dynamic and friendship in Hermitcraft:
While fighting on screen at BDubs Court, having the wars and such things, but when the Hermitcraft Cam is of: just talk about how they respect each other.
Its a reversed way of talking bad behind somebodies back: They respect and talk well, and compliment other Hermits behind their backs. Doc is like "Grian really brought it to a next level" is on of the most positive ways I heard him ever express something.
And also: acting all disgruntled and angry in court, but sitting at home with tears streaming down his face from laughing. That’s just brilliant! 😂
I loved how Doc quietly said 'lord have mercy' during the case
Even though Doc lost the court case he's kinda become my favorite villain and the Skyblock era got me to actually subscribe to him.
I became a fan the exact same way last season with the whole tunnel bore incident

It's still funny to me, that he is percieved as a villain. When you watch his POV it's often the "good guys" whom looks bad. Just look at the perimeter war stuff 🤣

There's something alluring or addicting about listening to Doc ramble on. His passion for the things he does is inspirational
Doc has always been one to connect to the community of Minecraft TH-cam. And I think that is very underrated in the Minecraft TH-cam landscape. Every viewer is an opportunity to connect and share, and Doc embodies that.
What makes Doc a pioneer in TH-cam is showcasing technical Minecraft to a general audience and celebrating the people that make these designs. I think Doc deserves more credit within the Minecraft community than he gets.

Hermitgang was and always will be iconic. My siblings and I got into Hermitcraft back in Season 6 and since then we still will go back and re-listen to a lot of the fan made bops that came out during that time, but Hermitgang is in the very top of the re-listen to list.
Y'all should bring Doc back to talk about gardening at some point.
Doc is an extremely smart guy. not just in a redstone way, but in a sociological way. Doc is all of us.
Speaking on adding people to hermitcraft. When Skizz in one of the first episodes of the season joined Beef on the Big Salmon gaff on Doc, I literally smiled and said what a great addition.
There’s so much we the audience don’t see behind the scenes. But we can absolutely notice vibes and y’all have created such a harmonious cacophony of different but genuine personalities. I hope it never changes
I need y'all to know that I had a super long, super late drive I had to make after a work convention, and I was exhausted before I even hit the road -- I popped on the 3 most recent episodes of the podcast and y'all kept me laughing, awake, interested, and alert my entire drive home. Thanks for being my traveling buddies!

Docs episodes have been my favorite (and that says something considering how AWESOME other hermit interviews have been). Docs genuine affection for the hermits and his cheerleading and championing for hermits as a group is truly something else. He understands and articulates the magic of hermit loyalty so well. Cheers to all! Loved this episode. Bring doc back soon please!
Joe questioning Beef was one of the funniest things I've ever watched. Joe is a treasure.

I'm right there with you. I'm new to most of the hermits.
Same. Been following the hermits 3-4 years but I always fall asleep during the redstone faze and some of Doc's videos are ALL redstone and long. I'm embarrassed to admit that I've really only started watching for the pig to the farlands episode. I've been addicted ever since. His streams are fun too.
I had the chance to keep following doc during his mindcrack times, when I was a teenager. But at the time I didn’t like him. Even though I have no regrets I am glad I gave him a second chance in season 7 and I have been watching his videos ever since.
I found Hermitcraft during 2020, and gave a chance to all the hermits, and never expected to enjoy Doc's videos as much as I do. Even though I don't understand half of the things that he's doing with redstone, I really appreciate what he does.
I'm a redstone player and came here through Mumbo. Even though Doc explains less of the details, it's more awe inspiring to watch.
Im delighted that Doc and Skizz got just as many laughs out of the court case as we did. It was also interesting to hear Docs assertion that he likes to be the one who opens doors for others. You can see a lot of that in things hes done over the years and I think its brought a lot of positivity into the Minecraft community in general.
Doc does go into the real life stuff and BTS occasionally, but it's really refreshing to see him in this format and the interview was great!!
I love how, right before the end, Doc is ADAMANT about his philosophy on praise going where it is deserved. He's ticking all the green flags for employers. What a phenomenal person!
One of my favourite things Doc has said about Hermitcraft is how the group also helps each other being able to have time off when needed, without completely trashing their channel by taking longer breaks.
Response to the head cans: I like the headphones. I understand why they look “bad” but I like the feeling of it’s just you and the guests hanging out on a couch. That’s my opinion.
First time I've heard someone mention Generikb ever. He was my connecting thread to hermit craft. I was a modded MC guy and via attack of the b-team I found vanilla servers such as hermit craft and mind crack. It's just nice to hear him and the B-team get mentioned. I like how doc mentions all the points of the build up of hermit craft.
I really don't wanna be "that guy", but I'd seriously love to see Grian on this podcast. His name pops up at least once almost every episode with a guest star. And often even during the regular episodes! He seems like such an interesting initiator to so many things, and the glue joining so many interesting people. It would be fascinating to hear more of the man himself.
Obviously I don't mean pestering him to join, I've gotten the picture Grian doesn't necessarily enjoy these sorts of things? But respectfully requesting, as that would be really neat!
Nah, you're not alone in this. Given how much Grian collabs with Imp and Skizz and they play other games together, it's natural and kinda surprising that he hasn't already been a guest on the show. I think it's just a matter of time now...
They've said they want to have all the hermits on the pod one day, it will probably happen
I find it interesting to compare Grian and Doc. Both are expert networkers, but they do it in such a different way.

I love docs sand thing....its one of the few inside looks at hermit craft but i love that docs on screen character always just wants more sand since he wasnt allowed to dup it
and I'm im remembering correectly, he doesn't even need sand to build this season lol. Its just payback I think.
Doc's editing is like going to a restaurant where the plate is served full with quality rood instead of a sack full of fast food junk. I love you Doc even though I don't understand Redstone, but want to learn.
A second comment. When you were talking about the evolution of role playing from NHO in season 4, it made me realize- the entertaining part of hermitcraft is essentially as if you’re an improv troupe! I never thought of you guys that way, but it’s true! The best improv happens when the group “gels” well… and that’s what us fans stay for… the group love/dynamics! So genius. Amazing!

As a Doc viewer, when I see there's an I&S podcast and a Docm77 video on the same day, I go "Yay! More Doc!"
The portion about valuing community, appreciating fandom and undernoticed creators, and creating something together rather than taking the credit honestly put into words why I took to Doc's stuff so quickly as a newer viewer. There really is such an emphasis on community and shining a spotlight on everyone rather than one man's achievements. Of course we're all there because we enjoy him and what he makes, but it really brings an extra something special. The perimeter was quite something, but the story of the teamwork it took to cover it and the collaborative artwork that was the mural made it really memorable.
I would love to see Doc back on the show, you all flow so well in conversation and I'd love to hear more about some of Doc's experiences in health care, a discussion between Impulse and Doc about their experiences and approach to technical minecraft, talk about music, or anything really. I agree that you can't tell that Doc and Skizz haven't been working together for years. I barely noticed an hour passing listening to this. 🤭
I always thought networking was one of doc's greatest skills. I'm glad that this is brought to the front in this interview.
As far as the extra life/last life AND hermitcraft videos coming out at the same time, it gives me a reason to do a marathon of minecraft videos of my favorite people's while doing long arduous time consuming tasks. I get that other people can't really do that but it works really well with my schedule and I absolutely love it ❤❤

Doc, really is the Goat. The court case led me to his channel and, now, these 2 episodes have landed a long time fan. Doc speaking on loyalty, not skipping a beat when talking about what hurts veiws, and upload times..that's just a "tough pill to swallow". A man that is afraid to offend can never be truly honest. Doc is legit

I completely agree with this! It's my version of TV nowadays.
There are *_T O O_* many reasons as to why Doc is the *_G O A T_* of Minecraft!
The place I work at is pretty slow most times, so when no one is there I enjoy listening to this podcast! I love the way you two can have conversations with each other and that has been exactly what I've been trying to achieve, so it's really cool to see! I've also realized that you two make me really happy. So, when a costumer inevitably does come in, I find myself much happier to serve them and my smile it far more genuine.
You've also taught me how to laugh. I didn't realize it at first, but I've stopped letting myself laugh because people get uncomfortable or make fun of the way I laugh. So, being able to laugh again, even if it's just by myself for now, has been so great. Thank you for giving me this opportunity.
Side note: I'm currently only on episode 7, but I'm commenting here because I wasn't sure If you'd see a comment on an old video, and I wanted you to know just how much you two have helped me

To be honest Skizz it would be lovely to see more of the collaboration between hermits if possible since its about a community of hermits coming together, its an element of unity that draws people closer together and sharing those wholesome moments of hermit helping hermits would be awesome, i understand if its something personal and you guys want to keep it under wraps but its just my 2 cents

I discovered hermitcraft at the start of season 9.
I follow many of the hermits, but watching docs videos every friday is a highlight. They are full of content so the hour goes by really quickly and I really like the amount of engineering and the things i learned on his videos.
After 1 year of watching season 9, it truly motivated me to play again after 6 years without playing. The art from the other hermits and the engineering from Doc. :)
I watched the Doc episode and then came right over to the podcast 😂
The emphasis on "hell no" when talking about Bdubs ever being possessive / offended with Hermits learning his tricks was so good. That was as clear as possible.
I love a consistent schedule! I wish all Hermits did it. Doc is slowly becoming my favorite because he cares about the audience. ❤

I started watching Hermitcraft in season 8 and since then I watch every video that every hermit puts out on top of every video the life series does. It’s a lot but I highly enjoy and love supporting everyone of them. I would love to see Doc’s chaos one day in the life series!
I want to see Doc and Ren talk about creating the Season 8 storyline sometime, whether on this podcast or elsewhere such as a Hermitcon panel.
An excellent couple of episodes with Doc..... I could listen to another 8 episodes of Doc, or any Hermit, for that matter!
Wow! This was such a cool conversation. Doc obviously has such a good heart, and cares about people so much. So interesting and uplifting.
I used to compete in sports at a high level and what Doc talked about with the mind game stuff was a huge revelation for me. You get to a certain point where you, your team mates and the other team all mostly have the same physical abilities and what really sets you apart is mentality. It’s not enough to want it, you need to want to win and dedicate yourself to your discipline more than every other person on the field
As someone who is watching all 27 hermits over season 10, and I try to watch everyone’s videos the day of, I log into TH-cam every day hoping at least one hermit posted that day. And while I don’t expect every hermit to follow a schedule like doc and this podcast, there’s a lot of days where I’m disappointed that there’s no videos. Whereas with Doc, who is one of my favorites to watch, I know at 9am on Friday I get to start my day with a Doc-mentary. And I love having that consistency. I would rather see 1 scheduled video each week from the hermits than multiple sporadic videos. And the longer the better. When docs episodes are ONLY an hour I even get a bit disappointed.
I think the hermits are a great example of a group of humans practicing mindfulness, basically. They just honestly care for their fellow hermit. No matter what. And it shows. Kudos for finding success in, and spreading, kindness. ❤
Doc, I just want to say thank you for keeping your content as consistent as you can and as long as it is! I work 2 jobs 7 days a week and am raising my daughter when I'm not working. So my friday mornings are the only downtime I get and your videos help distract me from all my work and responsibilities for at least an hour so I want to thank you for helping me keep my mental health in a good place. You really are the GOAT

I really appreciate you having Doc on. I was only seeing him from others’ point of view. He was so intense, serious and seemingly upset about things. I even watched a couple of his videos and got the same off putting feeling.
I even know from your podcasts, that hermits tend put on an exaggerated version/character.
But this interview really helped me to see Doc in a different light. The court case shed a light as well, but this helped me see the person behind the hermit.
Doc's videos don't even feel like they're an hour long, that's just how fun they are!!

I’ve been watching Hermitcraft only a couple of months, but the more I watch the more I love ❤ this talk definitely adds to it! Love the way you hermits make tv with each other.

I love how passionate he is about being a part of the Hermitcraft community. He very quickly became my favourite Hermit when I discovered him towards the beginning of S9. I was just a quiet viewer for a very long time, just watching his videos… When S10 started, I discovered he was going to stream on Twitch. I have never been a part of Twitch streams before so decided to check it out. His streams are super chill and amazingly fun. Due to that environment Doc created, I felt comfortable enough to poke my head out and show my support. Friday/Saturday mornings = GOAT time. 👌🏻Fantastic podcast guys, it was a treat. 🖤🐐

Me hearing about all the schedules made me realize I listen to my podcasts on a schedule too! I listen on my drive home from work, Red Tread is Monday and Tuesday. Imp & Skizz is Wednesday or Thursday. And other various podcast fill the other day 😂

Great Friday morning again, Imp and Skizz, Doc, but this week I’m drinking coffee from my impandskizz large coffee mug!
I started this first and then was notified about docs own vod so switched to that first then back to this. Great way to spend a Friday evening.
52:17 that actually sounds sick. This season I found myself skipping quite a lot of the first few episodes from most hermits since throughout S9 I picked up watching quite a lot more of them, but like just a progression heavy metal opera would be so sick. Might even pick up a few nice music reccomendations too.
