If the relay is good, and if voltage reaches the fan's connector, then it remains for you to check the electric wires that goes into the electric motor, and to check the electric motor itself. In principle, it is not possible to repair that electric motor, and as far as I understand it is possible to order a new motor, or a second hand one. Mounting the electric motor into the adapter, mounting the fan on the shaft, it requires delicate work. I don't know you, if you don't have the skills, knowledge, tools, and time, please contact a mechanic you trust on. I think you can find more material on the topic in the forum cbr250r dot net.
@@calgapx1705 The second😂 For me it's a hobby. When I have time and fun, I shoot, edit, and upload content. Like many TH-camrs like me, we don't work for TH-cam. TH-cam makes 99.9% of the ad revenue, because it's their platform. TH-cam pays the creators a symbolic amount, it's pennies, which is nice, it's a symbolic amount, as if thay say "thank you". We all benefit from sharing, so it's a kind of win-win situation. Isn't it?

I do enjoy the tinkering in the garage though and I'm glad it's a hobby now and not the only means of getting to work / anywhere!
