But meri got the majority of over seas trips. The move to Vegas and them not living in one big house I think played a major role , also Kody met the Darggers. After that time with him and his plural family you can see Kody change

It's the SAME as a man who has an affair with a younger woman during his marriage. My ex husband did the same thing. He wants to be with the woman he loves and prefers and he is making the wife more like a casual friendship. My ex watched his mistress young kids when our kids were all alone while I worked. He was 20 minutes down the interstate. The children of the one he loves is treated so much better.
Janelle never talks shit. She’s literally the deepest in the faith and always speaks with all sides considered. When she says stuff about robyn and Cody. I completely believe it. She only speaks facts. Not even emotion.
I encourage you to take a closer look. Janelle was a smooth talker. She has no emotion because she is emotionally constipated. She had many unhealthy habits that affected everything in her life that she wanted and desperately needed.

They are victims of a narcissist. Their view of reality is warped because of the gaslighting. Unless You've been a partner of a narcissist, it can be very difficult to wrap your head around the effects. The gaslighting and manipulation can be so severe that you begin to wonder if you're losing your marbles!
Women do it all the time over a baby daddy that is barely there... because we are dumb in love and think he'll change. It happens... unfortunately.

Robyn has physically changed so much since she came on the show. She looks miserable and like she’s let herself go. Maybe Kody has just has that effect on women. Those who leave seem to get their spark back. They dress better. They look happy. They do their hair. Well done to any of these ladies who choose themselves over that selfish man-child.

There HAS been abuse and neglect!!3 Emotional abuse (manipulating, gaslighting, not taking accountability , etc.) and absolute neglect! He wouldn’t even stay at her apartment. He’s also SO abusive to her kids. That would be a deal breaker for me. Trauma bonds suck though. I hope she heals!

If you watch the show, we ALL saw this coming when Robyn joined the family. Been crazy watching it play out over the years.
It is easier when we don't have our lives involved with him, don't have kids or every day struggles and issues to handle. These women had no time to sit and think of it. They were thinking of their kids first and maybe Kody then themselves. They were trying to exist in the space he allowed and they chose this life. They sure didn't point fingers but tried to keep it sailing for their family/kids. It is now that they have exhausted all their efforts that they can sit and start looking at it .. observing it instead of being absorbed by it.
I love these ladies and am so glad they are FREE. The light shines on their faces now since getting out ❤

She is in denial .. that is always a step in every healing. Denial is important because how else can her brain face the whole picture .. she is also so close and in the middle of all of it to see the big picture. When victims leave their abuser, they spend years realising how worse it was and sadly it is always worse. People just don't see it .. and because she is focused on her kids, her religious believes [being a good wife, sister wife, support the family] ..etc .. She has been putting herself and her needs last. She might have tried giving herself a space but that is superficial .. it will take her years but she will get there and then she will realise it all.

I have always seen Robyn as the wedge that split the family. Imo, she's co dependent and has lured him into her web by preying on his insecurities and building up his ''manliness''. He feels like a king around her.
We've seen him abuse the family, e.g. Meri wanted to try IVF again, but he said no; he refused to take his daughter for more Scoliosis consultations because he'd had ''enough''; and, he abruptly moved the family to Flagstaff, despite their objections, in the middle of the school year and wrestling season causing his son to lose scholarship opportunities.
He was, is and will always be and egotistical arse.
