Rochelleemanuel… You need to check yourself! They are outside & in a rural area, her cooking area is not “dirty”! She has very clean habits while preparing & cooking the food. Including her husband, everything is always washed, including food and their hands. Don’t impose your negativity on their lifestyle & culture! If cooking outdoors without concrete bothers you that much, you have the option to stop watching this channel! You don’t dictate how other cultures & nationalities spend their money! Bye Felicia ! 👋🏽🤡
I agree!

My mom who was born in the 30s, in the poor southern USAMERICA said they used to boil flour, and fry it for dinner. She said it was like eating chicken.
Hey i am jamaican and just discover ur channel lately i saw u cooking rice and peas 1 of our fovourite dish here that was so good i smile when i saw this next time u remove some of the fire when the rice is nearly cook so it will take it time to steam and the water willdry some more from the rice without burning very good try for the first time loving it i want u to try the pumpkin rice very delicious
Jamaican here too.
Everything looks delicious
I work for arabic"s that's the way they cook their eggs and it's soooooooo. Delicious
Correct! it is called 'Shakshukah' in Arabic. They add hot pepper, or paprika, to the mix, and make it as hot as you can stand it. The hotter the better. The Hungarians also eat this dish, but instead of scrambling the eggs, they pour them over the sauteed onions and tomatoes, and cook them on low heat like regular sunny side up eggs. It's delish!
We had to try this
I just found you and loved the two videos I watched, SUBSCRIBED !!
💯
Welcome aboard!
GREETING FROM GEORGIA, USA!! YOUR DINNER IS LOOKING GOOD!!
SUCH A BLESSING TO BE ABLE TO EAT FROM YOUR GARDEN 😊ENJOY YOUR BEAUTIFUL FAMILY!!
STILL WAITING FOR YOU TO MAKE SOME OKRA STEW😂OR SOUP😂
I do love cardamom, but I don’t use it very often. Your response to the cardamom in the greens really makes me want to try adding it. I’m glad you showed us the amount that you added, as I’ll be more sure to add the right amount. I so appreciate that you and Peter prepared the meal together. It’s nice to me that you prepared scrambled eggs for dinner, as we (in the USA) most often have eggs for breakfast. Having eggs for dinner is always so good, as eggs are a very comforting food.
Thank you so much 🙏 eggs plays a good role in any meal ❤
Love your videos. The garden is beautiful and your meals look delicious. I'd like to try pumpkin leaves some day.
Great dinner idea! In Arabic, the eggs, onions, and tomato dish is called Shakshukah. It's really yummy! I like the fact that you always have complex carbos, fats, proteins, and either fresh veggie or fruit in each meal you cook. You are giving your kids a solid dietary foundation for the rest of their lives!
We are trying our best thank you so much 🙏🙏
Thank you for sharing ! !!
❤❤❤❤
Thank you for sharing. May God bless you and your family always.
YOU ARE BLESSED TO HAVE CONSTANT RAIN TO HELP WATER THE GARDEN!!
Hi Joyce ugali is your staple food in Kenya here is SA we call it pap
Blessings to you and your family from the United States. I would love to move to Nakuru!
I love pumpkin leaves too! We use curry powder instead of cardamom powder. We make scrambled eggs in the similar way too, the ginger enhances it's flavour. Lots of love from India 💕
Well done that Ugali is soft not cery hard👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍
Hi Joyce! Can you please add your ingredients to the description box? I’d love to try Peter’s eggs . Thanks for sharing ❤
Yeah
The food looks so delicious. I told my husband about cooking pumpkin leaves and he said he has never had them. I will try to buy some from the international grocery store here in America. Our greens are turnips, spinach, mixed greens, cabbage and lettuce.
