Thank you for doing this video! I like how you showed the whole thing first to double check if the person watching this has the same unit (apart from having the same code). My question is is it okay not to detach the battery pack first? Also how is the screen on this laptop compared to other brands in the same price category? Thanks!
Thanks for the comment, I open all laptops in my videos it’s all new box pack and the battery charging is 0% that’s why I didn’t remove the connector, in your case if you use already then you should remove battery connector first & about the screen it is very clear contrast, more details in the description. Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask and good luck 👍
@@techayaz Thank you for responding! I see that makes a lot of sense! Thank you again for doing this. I am now just contemplating whether or not I should get this or the 2023 Asus Zephyrus 14 I found last night that is the cheaper (due to it being a 3050 gpu) to this specific Omen unit. I am just worried about the HP motherboard giving up on me the same way the predecessor of the HP Victus that I bought five years ago died on me a month after its warranty 😅 especially when people say that the 13th and 14th gen Intel processors has an issue. If it weren't for that, I'd go all in with the Omen in a heartbeat.
The realtek wifi adapter is very slow, do you tried to replace it with intel be200 wifi 7? It should be a great upgrade. I think that this notebook support E key and it will work flowlessly.
Is this built using aluminum or polycarbonate material (i mean hard plastic)

@@paulharies my suggestion is hp is good than asus. But if you like Asus then keep going which one you like.
