    Jaylon Moore has played tight end before... it's not like that position is completely foreign to him. Sorry, not a "weird mistake." I'm sure you heard him being declared eligible at the game... I would have liked to see him catch a pass... I mean, why not?
    People keep screaming "Kyle is figured out, he's not creative" and then this happens and all of a sudden this is wrong too. w/e. If Moore was targeted a caught the ball, that single reception would have tweaked the average separation stat - lol.

    For anyone STILL talking about firing KS, LOL. If the 9ers are out of playoffs contention, KS won't be on the hot seat, it's the players, the none rookies, the lesser performing players and most importantly the big money players on the team who are playing for their career and a spot on the team next season, deebo is one of them, Huf, Ward, Greenlaw, Hargrave etc all have very high chances of not being a 9er next season more and way more than KS ever getting fired anytime soon. And the only 1 player who is a for sure HOFer on offense atm is Kittle, he's a keeper till he can't play anymore, Purdy is playing for his big contract next year, TW isn't going no where with his contract extension, same with BA (which they should have traded him to Cleveland for Cooper) but they are stuck with BA now for at least next season... BA really f'ed the 9ers with his holdout, stealing 30M/yr and then underperformed and got injured..

    • @bobbymira8234
      @bobbymira8234 4 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      I think what David is saying is it's a waste of an eligible receiver if you aren't even going to throw to him. I don't think Brock even looked his way, Maybe not his fault cuz Brendal sucks and he had to throw it quick, but I seriously doubt he would have thrown to Moore even if he had time. I think Kyle probably thought a defender would run with Moore so it would free up the other eligibles or give them a little more space, but since SEA straight ignored Moore, that tells you it was a waste, they could have just run a regular TE in his spot and he would have either been wide open like Moore, or he would have at least pulled in one of the SEA defenders to allow more room for the other Niner pass catchers.

      Kyle is too blame for that. He drafted Ricky Pearsall over Zach Frazier whose being talked about as an All-Pro for Pittsburgh. Kyle worships his system and thinks that's more important than talent on the o-line.

    Kyle as our coach has brought us to 4 NFCCG's and 2 Superbowl's in last 5 years. Finally, having a rough year I see how many are ready to throw him to the curb. No coach is perfect and there's no perfect replacement. Shannahan turned this 9er organization around pretty quickly and I will give him the benefit of the doubt. He deserves that. Hopefully 9ers can go on a run here. If not, a bad year. It happens. Was McVay, Lafleur, Siriani, Tomlin and McDermott fired? And they haven't nearly excelled as much as Shannahan in last 5 years barring McVay's Superbowl. 9ers have been to 3 straight NFC title games!!! Thats not easy to do. And a muffed punt or missed ex point away from a Superbowl title himself. All geniuses are defiant and stubborn. It's how they got to be where they are. Yes, there's some mistakes but no coach is perfect. I just think "us 9er fans" have gotten a bit spoiled. Yes, not having that SB win stings but I still believe. And so should everyone else.

    It looked to me that Moore was the open man to throw to. I'd like to see him running with the ball right at a DB! Kyle's problem in that play was that Prudy didn't throw to Moore because Purdy apparently thought he was a fake receiver. Or worse, Purdy won't throw to the open man unless he's Jennings, Deebo or CMC.

    Wrong, Seattle ignored him, because they perfectly knew, no TE outside of Kittel will be targeted. Even if another true TE would be there, he wasn't in the progression. The correct reaction would be, to make Moore the primary read at a given play. Plus, why do you draft TEs, when you neither trust them, nor intend to use them.
    This is an absolutely ridiculous take here, and, btw, how often do we see Tackle-eligible plays around the league nowadays? Hearsay has it, they even caught passes for TDs.

    Kittle is the ONLY for sure HOFer on the offense atm, so without him on the field, 9ers is slightly above average at best on offense, is why they only scored 17 pts and why the running game and run blocking wasnt good. When it comes to the NFL, you are only as good as your best and biggest money player healthy on the field, the 9er D faded with Bosa out in the 4th qtr else the 9ers easily beat Seattle 2X with Kittle and Bosa healthy. No BA, Greenlaw Ward and Hargrave all big money players adds even more issues to that equation why 5-5.

    I think Kyle should utilize that lineman as a tight end. If he is open and unguarded, Purdy should go there. I hope that dude Moore can catch the ball and go ten yards. If they threw the ball to Moore, then it might have pulled a defensive player or players. Like you said it can be a waste if Kyle isn't actually going to use him which seems to be the case. So yeah, it is a waste like you said.

After bosa left, there was no pass rush , geno smith felt comfortable . We no longer have a deep threat with aiuyk out ..Jennings played a yeomen effort bit cannot take the lid off..

  • @HalooINC
    @HalooINC 5 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

    To me this reflects badly less on Kyle and more on Saubert he's been nothing but a penalty machine and so without Kittle Moore is in there and again if our Oline could be competent for 2 plays MAYBE the negative attention to Moore would hurt the Seahawks, maybe a big man with the ball running as fast as he can picking up momentum into some much smaller safeties woulda been an elixir and spark of joy for the Niners instead it just looks silly cause they didnt respect it and we didnt try it and we COULDN'T try it because of the Oline.... again. If Jaylon Moore CAN catch the ball at this point I like him as the answer more than Saubert if we dont have Kittle.

  • @dantedisalvo3181
    @dantedisalvo3181 4 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

    Really cant disagree more. A lineman with the ball in his hands is a dangerous weapon. Lineman in particular drill ball recovery and protection and little else because thats the first priority for every ball carrier. If a lineman has the ball at all it's incredibly rare for them to let it go, If Moore is athletic enough to catch the ball, and by the looks of the route hes done it before in practice. I think this was a great misdirect that the defence rightfully doesn't see coming. Woulda been a decent gain, probably moving the chains since he's Wide open. Unfortunately Brendel is terrible. I think the gameplay on our center outweighs the stats on that one. Is it fair to the o-line that the game demands solid play every single down? no. Is that the reality? yes. Can Brendel deliver that? No not even close.

  • @nevyn1221
    @nevyn1221 6 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

    That's not a mistake. It just reflects how bad at blocking our other TEs are. If Moore is only in on plays where he is asked to block, either runs or as a 6th blocker, blitz or no, it is the same thing. If they had had a better idea Kittle would not be available, Moore may have even gotten some practice reps catching dump offs. ON that one you could ask him to just catch and step out of bounds. But all the offensive plays are related. Its like when Purdy was out in the NFCCG against Philly and we were faking some plays like we would pass. A back pocket passing is as bad as a tackle receiving, maybe worse.

    • @nevyn1221

    1:20 "As you can see, I paused it here, the defense is not taking it seriously..."
    Huh? This guy has paused the tape after McCaffrey caught the ball, and LB Boye Mafe had taken 3 steps to tackle him. That's obviously NOT where LB Boye Mafe was positioned in coverage.
    Pause at 1:17 instead (right before the throw). LB Boye Mafe is on the hashmarks at the bottom of the screen, playing zone (the coverage looks like 4 deep/2 under). He doesn't ignore Jaylon Moore (who's still 5 yards behind the LOS, at that). Even worse, If you look at 0:58 you'll see LB Boye Mafe has his hips pointed towards Jaylon Moore. Boye Mafe simply stayed in his zone and didn't leave Jaylon Moore completely uncovered.
    This guy is an idiot. I'm not even a 49ers fan, or a Shanahan fan. This video annoyingly started playing right after the last video I watched on football.
