Thank you for the comments everyone. I FINALLY figured out what the problem was. Funny enough it wasn't the mic, but it was given to me and I didn't know how to use the mic properly which resulted in trash quality. Changed up the setting and it seems to be working good. I'll be doing a few more tests before my next vid, but in the new config it seems to be working as it should. I may just re-record this vid and yeet this older recording.
your content is great, but would consider investing in a better mic, I am really interested in the content and had a hard time understanding the words (and the CC works only partially). Great content

thank you... I think I'm just going to unplug this thing... NOPE... after trial and error it seems it was picking up the correct mic but after testing filters and modifying several things, it seems that mic is on its last days and needed to go.
Any updates on when you will be open to more "pump up my tower" submissions? Stones, and especially labs, feel like one big guessing game to me and I know that your guidance would go a long way.
@@crowbarzero honestly it has taken me a year to get my mic how i like it. last few videos of mine i kept on hearing a "knock" noise randomly. it was a wire bumping my mic stand and my mic picking it up.
