I'm not fully agree.. In the sense.. Goleman said that one of the most important thing is Emotional Intelligence.. Do I born with a good emotional intelligence or is something that we could develop? I've always in mind the marshmallow experiment. What I belive is that you could became a good leader and good leaders could be developt but you should have some strong basis otherwise you could not (naturally I'm not a buisness expert so probably I'm not right) :)
