Just set up a 25 min timer or even less than that. Then start learning, even if you just end up writing one line doesn't matter. Then take a 5-15mins break and start the timer again. Just be persistent, no matter if you learn coding or not time's gonna pass anyway, don't end up feeling guilty without trying.

I just feel like some sort of pudding whenever I sit down to code. Just can't think at all
Just start typing. Sometimes you've just got to start with something, even if it's wrong.
