Born without rancor. Perfect description of Jason before the accident. Even after the accident, the description still mostly fits Jason Down deep, he never really changed in his core.
Well after the accident Jason did change because he didn't remember the accident either. Because a piece of dubri from the car is inside of his head and the doctors from 1996 didn't even consider to operate on that to get it out of Jason's head.
The irony is that aj suffered a lot more after this accident than Jason did. Jason m. Told aj during one of his many apologies " stop feeling bad , u didnt do this to me u did this to him . I like my life now & dont even remember the accident or anything before " I always loved sean k's aj. He was a good guy that was sick with the disease of alcoholism. He & carlu were becoming very close. He was a good friend & he never judged her bc they teach u not to judge anyone in aa. Also he felt so horrible about the accident he felt he was nobody to criticize. Carly told him all about her costume caper to have the custody papers to Bobbie. He was so good about it where others would say she was a bad person & lunatic. He just advised her to tell tony how sorry she was. This was the aj carly made michael with. I believe carly would have been at this ajs doorstep not Jason's. That's why they had her sleep with aj & get pregnant with his baby. They were def building the groundwork for her & am when she & tony would break up. When sean k left it changed the plans. Plus the hiring of billy warlock was ridiculous. A show usually hires a recast to somewhat resemble the predecessor. They hired an aj ( no offese to billy ) that was the opposite of sean & steve . Sean & steve really looked a lot alike. Billy was a shrimp which looked crazy that he was Alan's son when stuart is a very tall man. Also billy brought a weasly quality to aj that sean never had. When stone was showing aj jason & robin his pill regiment aj took it the hardest with tears welling in his eyes. Billy's aj was not nice. I wish jason woke up with his memories & still had the impulse & behavioral problems. Kind of like how Michael woke up.
Wow, an A.J. who can act! I vaguely remember this... lol. Sorry fans of the 2nd (3rd? 4th?) A.J. - never felt a moment of sympathy for him, but Kanan always made me care despite myself. Good times - thanks for posting all these. It's fun to remember back when this show was actually good.
@@MsJanetLouise I think his name was gerald hopkins. Kinda non descript. Not really good looking but not unattractive either just kinda bla . His acting wasn't great either. Sean was a perfect aj bc he could act. He also is the only aj who was blonde & blue eyed built & tallish like steve. For years people thought the 2 were blood cousins but turns out they are cousins through marriage no blood relation. I think they explained they figured out they were cousins through marriage after they met b4 gh. Literally it was like Steve's 4th cousin married Sean's 3rd cousin .
I can believe it. He might do it if he believed he was freeing Jason from a life in a permanent vegetative state. Add the fact that he was responsible; the pressure might have become unbearable. Mercy killing is not all that uncommon. You see it on the news, where a person believes they are freeing a loved one from an intolerable existence. These are not evil people. They are good people with benevolent motives. They are just misguided in thinking their solution is the right one. You would have to really love someone a lot to take such a risk. AJ adored Jason. He would have done anything for him. Maybe he thought this was all he could do for him. And let’s face it. AJ was not the most stable person. He had been an alcoholic for years and a perpetual screwup. He did not always use the best of judgement. After Jason woke up, AJ seemed to have an unusual level of guilt. As though there was more than just the guilt from an unfortunate accident. Jason forgave him for it, but AJ could never seem to forgive himself. Why? Maybe it was not the accident AJ could not forgive himself for, maybe it was his later action, an action that may have made things worse. He could never tell Jason how far he had been willing to go for him. And Jason just went on his merry way, ignoring AJ and even taking his son. In time AJ’s feelings of guilt and remorse turned into resentment and eventually hate. As for as rewrites, they happen all the time in soaps. This one was no worse than any and better than a lot, it is believable and explains a lot.
Damn, the acting in this is top-notch.
7a7😊
Bobby was and still gorgeous

I loved this Justise, he was such a standup character. Then GH turned him into a love-sick fool, and for scanky Faith no less.
Yeah boy.......that was so sad.

The beginning of AJ as the golden Child & Jason the mess up one

Sk was the second AJ. BW was the third. the first AJ before this, one was horrible. Sean Keenan put his mark on AJ and will always be my favorite
@@jasoncarly Who was the first AJ?

Jason used to have a moral foundation before the accident
Yea more than any Q
He still has a moral foundation, it is just different. But some aspects remained the same.
NeishaLuvsGH just STFU for once ‼️‼️ Jason still got morals till this day.
He still has morals.
@@anastasiagialalidis286 more than all the Q's combined!

Why do people try to make sense of accidents?
Why do people not try to make sense of accidents?
am I to believe this AJ tried to kill Jason back then? lol. stupid rewrites. I can't stand Guza.
That plot line was completely ridiculous!
Yes it was!
I'm glad they did not bring that up when AJ came back in 2012.
