My dream
How I miss hearing these melodies, just these melodies. They were always my favorites. Now that I suffer from tinnitus, they are no longer just pianos and organs. It's a whistle inside my mind when I listen, and all I miss is the silence to enjoy these beautiful compositions. I miss what many consider trivial: 'silence', a privilege I lost a few months ago. And with it, the ability to close my eyes and simply listen to this and travel with these melodies to the stars. A 1500 Hz whistle now adorns any melody, and it's depressing.
Thats a high amount of Tinnitus man,i got it on one ear but not too loud luckily. Hope ur able to live with it in the future!!
It'll be okay. My mom has it, and she used to cry a lot daily. Now she wears a hearing aid with waves noise to help her a little bit, and we try to cheer her up, I know it's not the same as the silence that you wish for but it gets better a little bit mentally.
Cover your ears with the palm of your hands, fingers pointing to the back of your neck, then use your middle finger to tap just below the cranium a couple times.

I swear Im convinced tinnitus is just one focusing way to hard on that whistle we all naturally have. I sometimes get it when Im trying to sleep and then I just try my best to ignore it and it'll disappear as if it was never there. Ill literally listen to it get quiet and watch it disappear into silence or just a minimal whistle. I hear it more profoundly when I'm not sober though

Hans Zimmer is such a genius. Slowed down like this, the notes almost sound like a satellite drone. No matter how the chords shape the question, the answer is always the same, like the beep on a voicemail. your message doesn't matter. it'll end up like all the rest of them. ominous, floating. waiting to come back to earth

My dad is now suffering from an incurable disease. He's getting weaker and weaker day by day and I'm really sad at it. I'm only 18 years old and still a childlish man not a great adult. I'm feeling lonesome , cuz, cuz you know, nobody at same college is not in the same situation like me now. I'm all alone. Everybody enjoys school life, but I do'nt. I can smile but not from the bottom of my heart..crying all day, nothing to do for him. Life is really painful.But I must be independent. That's a kind of dilemma in my mind. I hope I will get through this hardship someday. If there're no any hopes, I shall create hopes.

Tek seferde koyulmuş yerde izler mevcut değil, ama çerçevede hafif toz bulunmakta buda yakınlarda bir mekana ellediklerinde akan toza benzemekte. Every night i hear this music, my brain thinks that its the end of the World and remembers every traumatic thing that happend to me in the past. One thing that scares me more than that is that i dont cry no more about the thinks that happend...
Don't be scared, there is no more need for you to cry. You've experienced the pain, grieved for the version of you that had to endure those moments. But those moments are in the past, they can't hurt you anymore. In a way the world is always ending, yet never seems to actually end. A moment dies, and a new one is born; you can only be at one point in space & time in a moment. Don't fear it, you've proved you can survive when bad moments find you. You control your brain, but it also wants to show you the things that hurt you. You think back to those moments, allow yourself to. It's like looking into the past, all you can do is tell the brain you are safe now when it wants to show you these things. Think of it like holding your younger self through those moments, and promise them you will take care of them for every moment to come. Your future self will do the same, and you will never be alone throughout both space & time; for you will always be there in those moments with yourself❤️

Short answer, pads and arps.
A simple but well balanced equalized sound with a lot of reverb can go far. Playing chords will take the sounds to the next level. Find out what notes are harmonious. If you haven't yet discovered the Valhalla Room VST for reverb, consider checking it out.. $50... Filters and EQ'ing is huge too. These tips made the biggest difference for me. I truly feel I 'leveled up' multiple times with each of these tips. It's not easy but you'll find something that works if you keep playing around. Try different instruments or synths with filters and eq'ing and huge (but controlled) reverb. Then the harmonious notes to construct the chords. Good luck, creator. Oh and if you don't know about scales, take note of one and only play the notes within said scale.

Allah will forgive us and help us in our hard time. I truly believe this. He is not far away to reach as someone might wonder. In fact he is the nearest to us, he's in our hearts. We just need to find our hearts then we can truly feel his presence and that he was always with us in everything. I'm telling you this because I feel similar and wanted to share my thought thinking it might help you when you see others that resemble you and how they cope in their hard times. I don't know in what you believe but I'm Muslim and believe in god, Allah the All-Merciful and the All-Forgiving. Try reading the Qur'an, our book, which bring to my heart the same peace and relaxing sensation as I'm hearing these soothing sounds. Whenever i feel in pain or lost I read it a little but i get my answers directly from it as god is guiding me and the way the Qur'an is made is as if god is speaking to you directly and it's so touching. I'm talking from my experience and from all my heart hoping this reach your heart too because I feel the same as you and thought this might help you as my faith in Allah helps me and guide me through the darkness of the dark suffocating sea, which is this world, like the a bright light coming from an oil lantern that I'm holding in my heart, its oil is from a sacred tree. This oil is shining almost as bright as light without being ignited with fire reflecting the light of the truth which I believe it's in our heart always but covered with darkness of our sins. And Peace be upon those who follows this light❤🩹❤My recommendation to you if you decided to read the Quran i would say try surah An-Nur the 24th chapter of the Quran and specifically verse number 35. And have a nice day🥰
