@@jamesbrice3267 Yeah on instant shield talents like Battle master or Geppetto’s defense that’s a lot of damage negation, I haven’t really used it in 1.0 yet
Tried this build and got to 282 armor! All my damage came from Sparkling Shield lol Thanks for the play through builds. Would love to see more character guides and tier lists!!
Oh wait I think my friend showed me the build if you posted it on reddit, that's awesome man congrats! The build requires a lot so it's hard to pull off but is really nice when it comes together. And yes currently working on a Carmilla guide!
@@positive4ce it was cool to watch! I feel like I always get stuck doing the same thing over and over and am unable to beat it with different builds so it is fun seeing you builds and how they work
Very cool gimmick, even without getting BM it seemed pretty good haha. I really like the explaining with the other items and syncing them. Oddly, I never even realized what green armor gave as a set haha or dragon hide for that matter. Also your comment about always attacking and even using s is something I picked up from watching your videos and trying to emulate how you move. Especially, fighting those orc dudes in a group since they use to be hell for me (lots of unnecessary damage). Earlier today, I was Beowulf and was completely fked and I hit spin in a panic and got an amazing i-frame haha. It's something I don't see talked about anywhere else. - Would you have taken Bloody Mary during the 2nd map if offered and that dash fireball is pretty cool.
Working on a script for clear speeds and that's one of the main talking points, i-frames and staying in combat. Really helps shave off 20-15 seconds in fights. Also panic i-frames so nice when you realize it worked haha. And yeah would have taken the mirror in chapter two if I got it to help with clear speeds
Cool use of the mirror. I thought for a second you where gonna pick Balor's from the Witches to even it out from that other video where you didn't take it :D Do you think maybe Beowulf should get a dmg buff on some things? It might be broken cuz he's so tanky, but solo it feels very slow to get going. I love him in C2-3, but first boss is often a struggle.
Yeah agree some things feel a little undertuned, I don't think I've every really had a Beowulf chapter 1 boss melt, he never seems to scale that well. I don't think they're gonna make any super impactful changes to him but he's still the character that I enjoy the least to play, I think it's just the slower playstyle and abilites don't compliment each other as much as other characters
bro that's a brilliant build, how you came up with that? i mean the cooking process (sorry for my bad english) i normally can't think of a build on my own so i always end up just watching builds and imitating it
I'm picking up the game since 1.0 came out and I notice that I'm not going strong. I can't balance raising talents and accumulating items. Any advice you can give me?
@@Dopesiete7u7 If you can find the green vision tower early on I recommend starting with that to level you up, it’s going to help a lot with clear speeds. Thank you for making these educational runs! Played a lot of curse of dead gods and am thinking about getting this game now because of your videos!
Ahh that's awesome! I hope you enjoy it
One important thing about Fairy Dust is that it doesn't have a time limit. This was very useful for my Geppetto run.

That's so awesome, I beat the first dificult with Geppetto. Big thanks to your videos.
Hey congrats! Geppetto has some of the most creative builds in the game

I did an Ignite build the other day it worked out surprisingly well even against bosses granted I did have 120+ strength lmao

beowulf is so hard to use

50:12 does it work with non-legendaries/cursed?
Can't do this trick with common, rare, or epics, just with legendary and cursed because you can't have 2 of them
25:16 how did you get 66 shards from 1 peace?
Haha I know the cut makes it look like that but there was another one there

Armor builds are my favourite, being so damn tanky is the best. I did a similar build as well: th-cam.com/video/2XXlYm_EbkQ/w-d-xo.html

@@positive4ce agreed, rerolling the whole game for the 4th dragon hide and not getting it feels so bad. You instantly gain 120% extra dmg with it.
